BlindSpot is a standalone AI redaction tool for photos, built for teams that need identifying details removed before images are shared, published, or archived. BlindSpot automatically detects and redacts: - Faces - License plates - Tattoos - People (full-person anonymization) - Text - Logos - Custom targets — type what you want removed (e.g. "company logo", a bag brand) Most redaction tools stop at faces and plates. BlindSpot covers all of these in a single pass, so there is no chaining of separate tools. The Custom target means you are not limited to a fixed list — name an arbitrary object and it gets found and covered. You can let BlindSpot protect everything it detects, or select individual objects yourself when only some of them need to be covered. It accepts PNG, JPEG, WebP, AVIF and HEIC up to 10 MB. BlindSpot is built on CNAPS Studio's AI model infrastructure, reusing proven detection and segmentation models rather than a from-scratch build. Pricing is pay-as-you-go: one-time credit packs from $4.99 (10 credits), no subscription, and unused credits do not expire. New users get their first 3 images redacted free. Best suited for: - Media companies preparing photos for broadcast or publication - Legal teams redacting evidence photos for e-discovery or FOIA disclosure - Compliance teams handling GDPR/CCPA-sensitive imagery - Real estate, mapping and documentation teams publishing photos at volume, where blurring by hand does not scale BlindSpot is made by CNAPS.AI, which also makes CNAPS Studio and PanoSharp.
