It is pretty easy to be used for people who are not that technical. Writing the content and sharing it with the team is not difficult. It is user-friendly so basically, no intense in-depth knowledge is not required to use it. Tracking leads is straightforward. Case management is also quite good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about CMS Pro? They can improve on dashboards and build complex reports. Asynchronous / Background Jobs can be introduced. " 4/5 What do you like best about CMS Pro? The software was extremely user friendly. I didn't need any training guides and was able to dive right into it with my data.
