**What do you like best about CMap?**

It is very logical and intuitive, easy for all staff to oversee and take ownership of the finances of their projects. Manages the recharge of sub consultants fees which is essential for us. The service desk is excellent and they respond to our questions very quickly. We have also been impressed by how quickly they implement any suggestions for improvement that we request.

**What do you dislike about CMap?**

We don't use the CRM and the custom report builder is complicated

**Recommendations to others considering CMap:**

It does exactly what we need and there is always someone on the end of the phone if you need assisatnce

**What problems is CMap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The issues of sub-consultant recharges has been completed and resolved using CMAP. Staff feel more in control of their projects which ultimately will improve profitability. Management have a clearer overview of project finances and can predict future resourcing issues

CMAP is a very powerful tool with loads of features. Someone that is not properly trained in the software might find it difficult to use.

**What do you like best about CMap?**

CMap has very comprehensive functionality that covers most of the administrative aspects of my work. 
It has certainly given me an insight into the part of the business that was previously quite opaque. 
The support has been readily available whenever we run into problems.

**What do you dislike about CMap?**

The user interface could be more intuitive. 
The speed of the website is a bit slow at times. 
The mobile app could be much better.

CMAP is a great tool that links time/expenses tracking and project progress & profitability. The resource management tools are great to manage our business.

**What do you dislike about CMap?**

If you use subcontractors note that they will also all need a distinct licence which comes at a cost.

Look at the number of users that will need access and consider the costs

Currently CMAP is digging deep into WIP & time write-up/off which is great as we need this insight.

CMap is very easy to use it has great reminder and notification functions which allow a smooth running for time-off booking, expense re-payments and end of month process.

**What do you dislike about CMap?**

There isn't much I dislike about the platform, I think there are a few more standard reports that could be included but, these can be mad in the custom report builder section.

it's a great platform!

**What problems is CMap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

end of month process is becoming a much more efficient process, timesheets and holiday booking for all consultants is clear and easy to do.

**What do you like best about CMap?**

The fact that you can use it to monitor profitability and also look to the future and use as a resource tool. That's been impossible to find in other software.
I also like the integrations with our other software such as xero

**What do you dislike about CMap?**

filling in timesheets is not quite as seemless as I would like, you have to move away from data fields to access others that are hidden behind them sometimes. Minor gripe.

CMap is intuitive and included tips on how to use it, so one can learn to use it quickly and efficiently. The training videos are also useful when one needs a refresher.

**What do you dislike about CMap?**

When projects don't go according to plan, it's not as easy to make changes retrospectively.

We use CMap for logging time spent on different projects/proposals/admin tasks per day, for creating fee and resource estimates for potential projects, and for managing projects (both in terms of resourcing and profitability).

**What do you like best about CMap?**

We use CMap to manage our sales pipeline, revenue forecasting & tracking, then also our project managers track all the time, expenses & billing for any job.

**What do you dislike about CMap?**

Nothing particularly – it’s got more industry specific features (like billing in hours or days etc) than our previous PSA. We had to build some custom reports, but the BI tools are comprehensive.

**Recommendations to others considering CMap:**

Get the “edition” that suits your industry – then everything is pre-plugged

**What problems is CMap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had a pretty simple PSA (mainly for time & expenses), then a separate CRM for sales & PM’s used Excel for project planning & resourcing. One system makes it easy for everyone in the business to get what they need.

Project planning - fee vrs resourcing, and being able to manage whole office resourcing

Clunky in being able to navigate - having to reload and reset filters each refresh etc. Also, would like to be able to have a way of planning various resource options without having to undo the previous one each time.

I like how it helps us to keep track of our many projects and the progress of each of them. We can quite easily see when a project is doing well or when one is doing bad, and make adjustments accordingly.

I can't think of anything that I dislike about the CMAP program. The program has met all of my expectations so far. At this point, I only have positive reviews to provide.

CMap keeps me organized and helps track the time and expenses used on our projects. The program also allows you to easily requests, leave and receive approval from management.

The ability to combine a number of our current electronic and manual processes into one system, CRM, Project Management, Resourcing and HR. This has given us much more powerful interlinked performance information, and considerable time-saving.

CMap is a very sophisticated tool, and at the moment it feels like we are only scratching the surface of its capabilities. Now we have got passed the initial implementation phase I am looking forward to dipping into the online academy to deepen my understanding and skill

CMAP is easy to pick-up once you know the basics, you can track projects easily and easily see a topline overview of where a project is tracking

You cannot freely move the additionals in a fee estimator like you can with fees. And there are some other minor functionalities which could be smoother/more efficient

The quick live updates on project resource and finances and the graphical layout is clear to understand

It is difficult to generate some reports and it does not link to other programmes without paying for an upgrade! Sometimes difficult to trust the figures

real-time syncing of resource scheduling and projects. Expenses overview very intuitive.

No warning of remaining resources, productivity dashboard not adjustable to a certain time range. A bit difficult to get use to it since it is not very intuitive.

Lack of a classical help menu, I would prefer to be able to search for a solution before approaching the support.
