Manages the recharge of sub consultants fees which is essential for us. The service desk is excellent and they respond to our questions very quickly. We have also been impressed by how quickly they implement any suggestions for improvement that we request. **What do you dislike about CMap?** We don't use the CRM and the custom report builder is complicated **Recommendations to others considering CMap:** It does exactly what we need and there is always someone on the end of the phone if you need assisatnce **What problems is CMap solving and how is that benefiting you?** The issues of sub-consultant recharges has been completed and resolved using CMAP.
