The system has a broad set of tools, yet is fairly intuitive to use. **What do you dislike about CMap?** Some tasks could certainly be streamlined by improving the UI/UX. For example, when putting together fee proposals in the fee estimator, each workstage can only be edited individually, but not as a whole job, forcing the user to click edit each time a specific number needs to be changed, then save, then edit again to fill in the following line. If all fields in each module were editable at once, and if they updated dynamically, you could see the result of changes to the numbers in real-time. This already is the case in the resource schedule, so it doesn't make sense to not include this functionality throughout the system. There is also an improvement to the resource manager, to sort by project, which is due to be released later this year and is long awaited. **What problems is CMap solving and how is that benefiting you?** Reporting on project profitability, creating custom reports to respond to senior management metrics and KPIs, allowing all project managers to see project performance so the whole office is working together to deliver our services efficiently. ### 3.
