Clypp is an AI-powered platform for work instructions, SOPs, and employee training, built for manufacturing and operations teams. Developed in Munich, ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certified, and hosted in Germany, Clypp is used in production by more than 100 companies. It turns screen recordings, smartphone or camera videos, and existing documents into structured video tutorials, visual step-by-step guides, SOPs, and training content. Record a process once and Clypp's AI does the rest: it cuts the video, removes background noise, adds AI voiceovers and captions, captures screenshots, writes step-by-step instructions, and translates everything into 100+ languages. No video-editing or technical-writing skills needed, so the people who know the process can document it themselves. Teams use Clypp to: - Create and maintain SOPs and work instructions - Document production processes such as machine setup, maintenance, and quality checks - Document software workflows - Onboard and train employees, with quizzes and progress tracking - Retain operational knowledge when experienced employees leave - Provide multilingual instructions for diverse workforces and multiple sites - Enable self-service for employees and customers Content can be shared via secure links, QR codes at the workstation, tablets and mobile apps, Microsoft Teams, or embedded in existing ERP, MES, LMS, and knowledge systems.
