CLV Intelligence is a reimbursement policy evidence service for medical practices and billing companies. The free authorization check takes a procedure code, a diagnosis, the state and the setting. It shows which Medicare program requires prior authorization (WISeR in six states, the hospital outpatient department program nationwide, Medicare Advantage plan rules), the coverage policy in force today, whether the diagnosis is on the policy's list, the policy's own documentation requirements and, under WISeR, CMS's documentation checklist for the service. Everything is quoted from the CMS document with its link. Nothing about the patient is entered. The practice plan adds resubmission packets written from the policy's own words, alerts when a policy governing the practice's codes is revised, and a tracker toward the WISeR exemption for each provider. Billing partners upload denial files and receive evidence packets; a line CLV cannot support from the source is refused and not billed. CLV Media, LLC · Charlotte, North Carolina.
