With Meta's coexistence mode you can keep using the WhatsApp Business app on your phone on the same number. Campaigns. Bulk sends to dynamic segments with approved templates, scheduled when you need them. Contacts who opted out never receive marketing messages, and sends respect Meta's limits on template category, quality rating and per-number caps. Every recipient has a delivery status: sent, delivered, read or failed, with the reason. Automations and AI. A no-code visual flow builder connects triggers, conditions and actions: auto-replies, menus, data collection with native WhatsApp Forms, and routing to the right agent. AI nodes answer from your own knowledge base and hand over to a person with full context. Appointments. Customers book, reschedule and cancel inside the chat, choosing among genuinely free slots. cluvo sends reminders and manages a waiting list, for clinics, workshops, salons, gyms and any appointment-based business. CRM and compliance. Contacts with tags, custom fields and opt-in/opt-out consent tracked per contact, CSV import and export, a deals pipeline and tickets with SLAs. Data is hosted in the EU and the platform is designed for GDPR compliance. Integrations. Native connectors for WooCommerce and Shopify (orders and abandoned carts) and Salesforce, plus an authenticated REST API with signed webhooks. Transparent pricing.
