Honestly, the support is reasonably good. I can drop an email to them and in a few hours, I have a response if not a fix in place. There's a bit of left brain/right brain way to adjust the thinking on how things work, but once you settle into the mindset it's fairly manageable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Some rigidity to the environment makes it difficult to use. Where we've bumped up against the rigid part we've had to pay extra to get around it. Some of the web page functionality is kludgy at best. It may/may not work correctly and then someone on the back end has to come in and "fix" things. Not sure why that is, but the support is good, so that helps. The frustrating part is that ClubExpress seems somewhat disinterested in resolving some of the ongoing issues. It devolves down into it's easier to live with the problem than it is to constantly press for the fix. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
