ClubExpress provides associations with an Internet platform to manage both front-office and back-office operations. ClubExpress combines the association website with the membership database, secure online member signup, renewals and expirations, credit-card processing, membership directory, discussion forums, event calendar and online registration, E-commerce storefront, committees, documents, interests and other modules based on what clubs and associations do. The platform includes a full suite of administration tools to run the organization. There is no programming or HTML experience required; everything is controlled by menus and dialog boxes, and all changes are immediately live. We use state-of-the-art security, there's no advertising and associations own their data at all times.

# EVENT QUESTIONS There's no logical progression function available in EVENT QUESTIONS. By that I mean if, for example, a person answers NO to a question they'd be directed to Question #1A but if they answer YES to that same question they'd be directed to Question #1B and so on. # How can the product allow for bulk upload of information when we do trip sales. We run miscellaneous trips to various places and we pre-sell this at meetings where we most often do not have internet connection. We keep track of the trip takers currently on paper and then need to upload this manually to Club Express. It would be great if there was the ability to collect member information and then be able to do a bulk upload with information that has been set up for the specific trip. # Can you create a category for "Class Year" that would hold 11 characters? We deal with graduated members of a higher learning institution and everyone is hooked up with their class year and a specific "cullum" number. For many events we sort by this information in order to have they together by class. This information would help. ##### Post Metadata

# I'd like to have a "general how to use" video I could point new coordinators to. When someone new joins on to help me, I'd like to point them to ONE video where they can see all that the website has to offer. If they want a deeper dive, they can find those videos later. ##### Post Metadata
