ClubMogo is gym management software built for how Indian gyms and studios actually run - on WhatsApp, UPI, GST and a biometric box at the door. A renewals worklist shows who is expiring and who owes dues, and WhatsApp reminders go out automatically, so members renew instead of quietly disappearing. Razorpay powers UPI, cards and netbanking, with a POS till issuing GST-compliant invoices carrying your GSTIN and HSN codes, financial-year numbering, coupons, split payments and GSTR-ready exports. eSSL and ZKTeco devices push biometric check-ins over ADMS, so there is no PC at the door. An AI assistant logs follow-ups, settles dues and freezes memberships from chat, confirming every write first. Also included: a leads CRM, classes with waitlists, PT packs that burn sessions automatically, staff rostering, payroll and a deep commission engine, member and staff mobile apps, and multi-branch dashboards. 14-day free trial, no credit card. No setup or migration fees.
