Brandbassador doesn't protect the participant when the participant finds a discrepancy and reports it in the message/chat section. The participant shouldn't be blocked from being a brandbassador because they asked for clarification from the parent company & reported the clarification to the chat/messaging entity. The platform allows step by step instructional missions so your Ambassadors know exactly what you expect and what you are looking for. As an admin in the platform I wish there was more ability to provide mission corrections. Occassionally, ambassadors will run into issues with Mission submissions failing but I can see they have completed the task. I wish there was an override that allowed me to provide the reward to that Ambassador for completing the mission. Currently, a support chat is needed which can take a few days.
