ClozQ is pay-per-held-meeting sales follow-up software for B2B sales teams on HubSpot. It connects read-only to your CRM, calendar and inbox and finds the meetings your team is losing: demo no-shows nobody rebooked, positive replies nobody answered, demo forms submitted without a booking, and "try me next quarter" promises whose date has passed. For each one, ClozQ puts a ready-to-send follow-up in the rep's own inbox. The draft states the reason for the follow-up and offers real open slots from the rep's calendar in the buyer's time zone. Nothing is sent without the rep's click. Pricing is a small platform fee plus a fee for each meeting ClozQ sourced that is actually held, confirmed from the video call. Meetings already on the calendar and anything your team followed up on first are never billed. You set a monthly spend cap and can dispute any line.
