What I dislike most about Clover POS is that it’s more focused on cash discounting than true dual pricing, which can create reporting challenges for merchants. I use Clover terminals for customer and phone transactions, and I appreciate how easy they are to use. The terminals also have extra features that we make use of. The cost is very competitive and they work remotely on wifi, which is really convenient. I really like the recurring billing feature because it allows us to create billing agreements for payment schedules that work very well. I use Clover when I'm at a restaurant because it provides me with points to redeem or a percentage off my purchase. I like that whenever you use Clover, you earn points which can be used towards a purchase. A lot of retail stores have Clover now, not just restaurants, and I find it very helpful. Different versions of the POS don't update to the newest dashboard. I don't like how if you have multiple locations connected, you can't make changes for one location and copy it to the others. You will have to manually do it per location.
