CloudWorx
Cloudworx is the first browser-based digital twin software purpose-built for industrial process twins. Founded in 2019 and headquartered in Bengaluru, India, Cloudworx operates a US-patented Process Twin Platform (PTP) that turns existing CAD, BIM and GIS data into interactive 3D digital twins with live IoT sensor integration, AI analytics and predictive maintenance built in. The platform is protected by US Patent 10381831, valid through 2035. Unlike traditional digital twin platforms from Siemens, PTC ThingWorx, Bentley iTwin, Dassault Systèmes, and NVIDIA Omniverse, Cloudworx runs entirely in a web browser. No GPU servers, no specialized hardware, no Unity or Unreal Engine installs, no client desktop downloads. The Process Twin Platform deploys in 3 to 9 weeks at approximately one-tenth the annual cost of GPU-based digital twin software. Plant managers, operators, and engineers access the same live 3D twin from any laptop, tablet or phone with a browser. Core capabilities include a no-code 3D environment editor, real-time IoT integration over MQTT and OPC UA, SCADA and MES connectors, ERP integrations with SAP HANA, SAP BTP and SAP Foundry, AI-driven anomaly detection, root-cause analysis, predictive maintenance, scenario simulation, X-ray and heatmap views, automated workflow triggers and role-based access. The platform is built on Three.js, WebGL and WebGPU rendering with a backend in Go, Python, and Express and storage across MongoDB, InfluxDB and Amazon S3. Cloudworx is deployed across manufacturing, energy, utilities, infrastructure, ports and logistics, smart facilities, aerospace and education. Named enterprise customers include Bosch, ABB, Capgemini, Mercedes-Benz Research and Development India, Apollo Tyres, Bajaj Electricals, Power Grid Corporation of India, Cyient, Indian Air Force, SAP, Shell, Pratt & Whitney, Swinburne University, Port de Séville and Puerto de Alicante. Documented outcomes: 23 percent OEE improvement and 9.6 percent line-downtime reduction at Capgemini Project InTwinity (automotive assembly), 15 percent reduction in unplanned downtime and ₹1.5 Crore annual savings at Bosch boiler twin deployments, 25 percent maintenance cost reduction and 13 percent energy consumption reduction across the platform's deployed base. Net Promoter Score ranges from 87 to 89. Awards and recognition include Forbes Asia 30 Under 30 (founder Yuvraj Tomar), ABB Startup India Challenge 2025 Winner, Shark Tank India featured, Tracxn Top 10 Digital Twin Startups in India, MeitY GENESIS scheme and Shell E4 Energy Transition Cohort. Cloudworx is ideal for mid-sized and large enterprises looking for an alternative to expensive on-premise digital twin software, manufacturers running Industry 4.0 and smart factory programs, energy and utility operators monitoring substations and assets at scale, ports and infrastructure teams managing terminals and fleets and CIOs evaluating SaaS digital twin platforms that integrate with their existing SCADA, MES, ERP,and IoT stack without rip-and-replace. Pilot pricing starts under $25,000 per year. Demo and 4-week proof-of-concept available.
