Cloudwork|PRO is an on-demand IT field service marketplace that connects companies with a nationwide network of IT field technicians to perform installations, service calls, and preventative maintenance. One of the main points that sets Cloudwork|PRO apart is that every technician listed on the marketplace has gone through the Trusted Technician Program. This program is a multi-step vetting process that ensures every technician meets Cloudwork|PRO's standards of being dependable and professional when representing a client on a job site. Project managers will appreciate Cloudwork|PRO's time-saving features like auto-suggesting the best-qualified technicians for each job location, which we call Your On-Demand Workforce™. Other time-saving features include work order templates, intuitive workflows, status alerts, and real-time collaboration. Technicians will enjoy keeping what they earn as Cloudwork|PRO|PRO does not charge technicians platform fees for regularly scheduled payouts. Other features include team management, pay negotiations, and an easy-to-use mobile app. Companies that demand professional and reliable IT field service technicians can count on Cloudwork|PRO|PRO.
