Easy to use with basic functions. I also love the more difficult funckions and the fact that customer support (especially Lucia and Daniela, but also others) quickly and clearly help me understand the more difficult and complex mechanisms. The integration via API key with our inhousing application also allowed for a couple of automations ex. SMS reminders. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The application certainly needs a few improvements, lacking basic functions such as visible missed callback attempts in missed inches. But it's also hard to set intelligent callbacks from the missed tab, when, for example, I actively use 3 phone numbers. In the analytics itself it also sometimes shows errors and e.g. I can't open call steps in a separate tab using the middle button only I am forced in the same tab and then when I return it returns me to the very beginning. I have multiple reasons that CloudTalk is at the top of my list for connectivity software. I use CloudTalk every day so it is very important part of my job function.
Here are a few:
- Flexibility - you can use desktop or mobile platforms to complete communications.
CloudTalk even allows you to run each platform congruently. For those of us that need to roam while making 100+ calls a day this is a total WIN!!
- International calls - I can call leads anywhere in the world with the simple click of a button. No messy dialing systems or having a 3rd party to connect the exchange.
- User friendly interface - CloudTalk is easy to use. It is that simple. The implementation process was trouble-free and customer support was very prompt in assisting with any questions. The platform integrated smoothly with my CRM software.
- CloudTalk is constantly making updates to the system. They listen to the needs of their users and integrate the feedback into improving their platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Dislikes:
The only dislike is the process of closing out a profile after the call is over. I want to hang up with a customer and then move on the my next task. With CloudTalk once the call ends then I have to close out a disposition task on CloudTalk, which has nothing to do with my CRM application.
***It is just one extra step that may be beneficial to some users but not for me*** Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Effortless Access to Call Recordings: Call recordings are easy to find, allowing users to quickly access past conversations. This feature is essential for quality assurance, training, and compliance. The ease of accessing and managing call recordings on CloudTalk simplifies follow-ups and allows teams to focus on delivering better service without time wasted on digging through files.
WhatsApp Integration is a key feature that we frequently use to contact our customers Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes the system will bug out on a feature and you need to close and re-open the application or clear the cache and restart the application requiring a new login via Google to re-enable all of the features Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
As a growing business, we were experiencing more and more communication issues and complaints. After researching the market we chose CloudTalk. We have now been using the system for a couple of months and it has resolved the issues that were causing customers to complain. The added bonus is we have excellent analytics and custom call queues which have given us control and transparency for our comms team. I would definitely recommend CloudTalk to others. The process for setting up WhatsApp is a pain, but largely due to Meta's processes, not CloudTalks
The initial training session provided was not great, but another member of the CloudTalk team stepped in and supported us during the implementation phase. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
New: Support are very responsive, and it's easy to get hold of your dedicated customer success manager to help resolve any other issues. If you raise an issue, there are open channels with various people across the business e.g. chief technical officer, project managers, and developers, who actively seek feedback which gives me confidence things will be improved.
The ability to build workflow automations in the dashboard is invaluable and makes CloudTalk a lot more powerful out of the box than other VoIP software.
Old: Konstantin Vasilopoulos, Ján Pustay and Patrik Repka have been immensely helpful in establishing in switching to CloudTalk as a superior VoIP solution to Aircall.
Konstantin drew up a package, with pricing and contract that was perfect for our business. Jan and Patrik helped me with workflow automations using the API, where our CRM has no native integration with any other software.
All involved were swiftly responsive, concise in communication, and always happy to jump on a call if I had further questions.
The software itself is great, but the customer service gives me reassurance that I can continue to build on what we've setup over the past couple of weeks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
New: Admin tools are spread across 3 different places. There is the old dashboard, the new dashboard, and an AI dashboard. Knowing where to go to find the right data for call stats is a nightmare before you go through the inevitable trial and error. Different data is available in each dashboard, which makes it really confusing and a poor user experience. The new dashboard is littered with errors, and in some ways harder to use than the new one. The AI dashboard has been poorly thought out for the most part, with many oversights, and a lot of the data is wrong. This has been fed back to CloudTalk and in fairness, some improvements have been made but it has a long way to go. There is a "real time" section that is meant to show live calls, calls in queue etc, however it times out after a certain amount of time and needs to be manually refreshed, so its purpose is defeated.
Transferred calls have problems triggering automations, are absent from any AI benefits, and the call stats do not properly allocate to the correct agent making management of staff performance harder.
Old: Some UX features could be improved to the desktop app, however, a commitment has been made to do so, where they will be including me in this process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Cloudtalk is a call platform with aspects that are superior to other IP phones, they have various numbers (depending on your subscription) this helps make contact with prospects or future clients closer and gives them more confidence when taking the call. I make more than 30 calls a day with Cloudtalk and in terms of software stability and connectivity, it is really comprehensive. Lastly, it has very good analysis options in addition to a really comprehensive customer service. In terms of integration, I currently use it with Hubspot and the process did not take much time or resources. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Although it is a really comprehensive tool, it leaves much to be desired when implementing and using it for the first time, since all the tutorials and learning materials are in English and for a person who does not speak the language, it can be somewhat complex. I have colleagues who find this a bit annoying when they want to look for something specific about the tool. Implementing it takes time, but if you have the right personnel, it is easy to do. Easy to use and navigate. The AI is a god send for someone like me who is forgetful about note taking. Integrates well with all the systems we use and for someone that has been in sales for years and has used lots of similar products that is really rare. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The click to dial is tempremental at times and sometimes my headset struggles to connect however may be a hardware problem! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We have recently siwtched to CloudTalk from another phone system and the change is a breath of fresh air.
We use CloudTalk for all our inbound and outbound calls on a daily basis. All call are automatically recorded and logged into our CRM ready for us and our customer support team to refer back to should they require is great. The initial set up and the integration into our CRM was smooth and the CloudTalk customer service team were very helpful with this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is nothing I dislike about CloudTalk. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Very easy to use, strong Hubspot integration and app works well too. Easy to get new numbers when needed and UI is easy to navigate on the whole. Good for basic dialler functionality and seems to be simple enough to set up call recording. Support are responsive and helpful, customer success is also great. Very easy to set up and get live with quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Disappointing sales process - make sure you get everything confirmed in writing and get an understanding of number availability before signing. New dashboard and UI update is a massive improvement but lacks all the functionality of the old dashboard so you have to flip between the two. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Best thing was we needed the lines for our business with a lot of urgency and the team resolved it for us in just one business day. Everything was integrated and set up immediately for our team to star delivering customer support right away. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What is not ideal for us right now needs to do with the Zendesk integration, but this one's on us because we haven't fully migrated to Cloud Talk (just for some countries), so we have the team divided between the two phone apps (Talk + Cloud Talk). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
