**What do you dislike about ManageEngine CloudSpend?**

The first-time setup journey can be better and more intuitive.

**What problems is ManageEngine CloudSpend solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is helping us in monitoring and optimizing Cloud provider costs.
The feature of combining two key Cloud players in AWS and Azure is a god sent.
The visualization feature helps in gaining insights into our Cloud Spends which is a prerequisite for decisive action.

**What do you like best about ManageEngine CloudSpend?**

It is easy to use and helps the cloud administrator to keep an eye on finance usage.
Specifically about AWS, it shows the information clearly and in a very detailed way, which makes the experience really good.

**What do you dislike about ManageEngine CloudSpend?**

Cloud Spend should improve support for Azure and include support for GCP.
It might be a good idea to add artificial intelligence to the platform, as this will not only bring in the data but also help admins with tips to improve resource allocation.

**What problems is ManageEngine CloudSpend solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is common when migrating to the cloud, that administrators lose control of how much is being spent and this can become a big problem.
Cloud Spend can greatly assist in this mission and ensure a smooth migration.
