"By streamlining virtual environment setup this software significantly boosts our productivity"
3.5/5
What do you like best about CloudShare?

Perhaps the most valuable aspect of CloudShare is its robust cloud based virtual environments for labs as they make it easy to create and control a large number of environments. Integration with tools such as Salesforce and GitHub helps in improving our flow and everything is in sync. The self explanatory GUI makes it convenient to carry out deployment and administration of virtual environments and has really enhanced our testing and training activities. What do you dislike about CloudShare?

One big problem with CloudShare is that the environment tends to slow down during high usage which hampers the running of multiple virtual environments. This decline in performance can be discouraging and affect our business processes. In addition, the cost of using the platform is relatively high, and it becomes even more prohibitive the more we utilize it. Some of these issues have from time to time led to disruption of our project schedule and need for resources to maintain operations and prevent disruptions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"We streamlined virtual lab setup and management"
4.5/5
What do you like best about CloudShare?

The most appealing feature of CloudShare is lab automation and its responsive console. Training environment and demonstrations of products have especially benefited from its functionality to create virtual environments. The positive aspect of merging LMS and CRM is that it enables appropriate functioning and organizing of the schedule for sessions as well as expanding the necessary number of resources. Such flexibility and user friendly operations have made a huge and positive impact to our training programs and presentation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CloudShare?

The one thing I have found that could be improved on CloudShare is a certain slowness that may happen when working more extensively with large virtual environments. This can distort our training sessions and product demonstrations, which in turn deteriorates the general outlook. Also, the first steps can be a bit twofold and it does take a bit more effort than seemingly expected. Occasionally, such challenges have slowed down operations or made them inefficient. "CloudShare boosts our virtual environment management and team collaboration"
4/5
What do you like best about CloudShare?

I like that CloudShare has a great ease of use. The means of working with the platform to create and control virtual environments is intuitive to a great extent. The implementation process was easy enough and it smoothly merged with the rest of the software we were already using. Moreover, the customer support is always helpful and gives prompt solutions to all the issues, which help in avoiding too many interruptions at the workplace, which is a great benefit. What do you dislike about CloudShare?

What I found quite disturbing about CloudShare is that it becomes relatively slow as you try to handle large virtual environments. This sluggishness can slow down our work, especially when we need to be efficient or fast in our work. However, the cost can be expensive for small teams, and this can make it difficult to continue using it in the future. Consequently, for some of the work we have had to look at other tools. "Great reliable tool for managing virtual environments"
4.5/5
What do you like best about CloudShare?

About CloudShare, what I like best is that all the tools are integrated and the data analysis is well detailed and sliced to provide several reports. As a result, these tools allow essential data about the assessment of our project’s status and further actions. The main advantage of the platform, in our case, is that it has almost no downtime, thus we can work uninterrupted, driving the desired productivity in the project. This dependability has become almost normal in our work environment, and that is why we have adapted to it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CloudShare?

A significant disadvantage of using CloudShare is the relatively high costs, especially in comparison with other cloud sharing services for smaller businesses or organizations, or when one has to work on a budget project. This has at times led to a reconsideration of the usage quotas to fit with the available budget constraints. Furthermore, many features that are indeed available on the platform may not be quite intuitive, and these may sometimes interfere with our working process, as well as impose some time for training and getting used to the existing opportunities. "We seamlessly improved development and testing processes in our business"
3.5/5
What do you like best about CloudShare?

CloudShare has one very unique advantage that I think I can sum up as the ability to quickly provide and control virtual IT environments for testing and training purposes. The ability to create environments of various configurations so easily and then automatically including them into Jira and Jenkins is extremely convenient. This not only helps in speeding up our testing processes but also optimizes communication between the team members because we can have testing and development on the similar environment. What do you dislike about CloudShare?

One issue we have with CloudShare is that sometimes there is a slowness in performance especially when there is high traffic. This can cause longer time to wait for the environments and slow response time when working on tests, which will be disadvantageous to the timely completion of our project. In addition, reporting and monitoring are strong suits of the platform, however the assessment and analysis of the results need much time and are best performed by an expert. "Now we can streamline environment setup and management in our company"
3.5/5
What do you like best about CloudShare?

CloudShare has been very simple to use and integrating it with other programs like Jenkins and JIRA has been hassle free. Creating environments is rather easy and whenever I have some questions or issues, customer support is always right there to assist me. Measures such as the ability to define different types of virtual labs that can be created further make this tool invaluable for our team. It is especially useful during the training sessions, thus we can develop rather close to the real life cases. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CloudShare?

One of the main disadvanatges of CloudShare is that the configuration through the configuration process can take a considerable amount of time in the case of large environments and, as a rule, it takes a couple of days, while using it for several projects may be hampering. In addition, the updates will not occur too frequently implying that left us with bugs that may last for quite some time. This is even more challenging especially when there is strictly limited time available for doing the tasks or when there is important event or responsibility coming up.
