"Comprehensive threat intelligence with an intuitive interface and top-tier support"
5/5
What do you like best about CloudSEK?

CloudSEK's platform strikes an impressive balance between power and usability. The dashboard is clean and intuitive, making it accessible for both technical analysts and less technical stakeholders who need to quickly understand the organization's threat posture. XVigil's surface, deep, and dark web monitoring is comprehensive. it continuously scans thousands of sources including forums, marketplaces, Telegram, and code hosting sites. I've found the data leak monitoring particularly valuable; it surfaces leaked credentials, phishing domains, and brand impersonation attempts that we would have missed with manual monitoring. The recent addition of Nexus AI has noticeably improved the signal-to-noise ratio, helping the team focus on genuine threats rather than drowning in alerts. On top of the technology, the customer success team is responsive, technically knowledgeable, and proactive. they genuinely partner with you rather than just handing over a dashboard. What do you dislike about CloudSEK?

The alert volume can be overwhelming out of the box. Without proper tuning, you'll encounter a fair number of false positives particularly around credential breach alerts and domain impersonation detections. The initial setup requires a real investment of time to calibrate rules and reduce noise to a manageable level. There's also room for improvement in the native tuning capabilities; more granular filtering options directly in the UI would save time compared to working with the support team to dial things in. The pricing is on the higher side, which could be a consideration for smaller organizations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Proactive Digital Risk Intelligence Made Simple"
4.5/5
What do you like best about CloudSEK?

Comprehensive digital risk visibility across external asset, brand abuse and threat intelligence in a single platform.

high accuracy and reduced false positives, which saves significant analyst time and improves response efficiency.

Easy deployment and intuitive dashboard, making onboarding and daily usage straightforward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CloudSEK?

While CloudSEK is a powerful platform, there are a few areas where it could be improved. The initial setup and onboarding process can feel overwhelming for new users, particularly for those without a strong security background. Some alerts can also be noisy and may require additional fine-tuning to cut down on false positives. In addition, deeper customization options and more intuitive reporting dashboards would make it easier to pull out clear insights, especially for non-technical stakeholders. "Actionable Digital Risk Monitoring"
5/5
What do you like best about CloudSEK?

Strong Digital Risk Monitoring Services

The continuous monitoring of the attack surface, brand misuse, phishing domains, leaked credentials, and dark web chatter offers early visibility into emerging external threats.

Actionable, Context‑Rich Intelligence

Alerts are typically enriched with useful context—such as likely threat vectors, impacted assets, and recommended actions—which makes it easier for operational teams to triage and respond quickly.

Responsive Analyst & Support Services

The support and analyst engagement model works well: questions are handled promptly, and the added clarification on threat relevance or remediation steps is especially helpful during incidents. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CloudSEK?

Signal-to-Noise Ratio Can Be Improved

Some alerts don’t feel sufficiently prioritized, which means internal teams end up spending extra time triaging findings that are lower impact.

Limited Customization in Intelligence Outputs

It can be difficult to tailor reports, alert thresholds, and dashboards to very specific organizational workflows, especially when the desired setup is highly customized.

Strategic Intelligence Could Be Deeper

The tactical intelligence is strong, but more forward-looking analysis—such as threat actor trends, sector-based forecasting, or broader strategic risk insights—would make the output more valuable for leadership-level decision-making. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Real-Time Threat Intelligence with Actionable Alerts and a User-Friendly Dashboard"
5/5
What do you like best about CloudSEK?

Effective threat intelligence with real-time alerts on external risks. The dark web and surface web monitoring delivers actionable insights that help me understand what matters and respond quickly. I also find the dashboard user-friendly, making investigations and reporting much simpler. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CloudSEK?

Alert tuning can get noisy and often requires manual fine‑tuning to keep it under control. Report and workflow customization also feels limited, which makes it harder to tailor things to our needs. On top of that, there’s a steep learning curve when you start working with the more advanced features and configuration options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Trusted Partner for External Threat Monitoring and Brand Risk Management"
4.5/5
What do you like best about CloudSEK?

Its ability to provide timely and actionable threat intelligence through deep and dark web monitoring, brand risk monitoring, and data leak detection. The alerts are accurate and help us identify potential risks before they become major issues. I also appreciate the clean and user-friendly dashboard, which makes monitoring simple and efficient for the entire team. Additionally, the strong customer support and quick response from the team make the overall experience even better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CloudSEK?

Overall, our experience has been smooth, and there is very little to dislike. At times, we feel that some reports or alerts could include even more detailed context for faster analysis, but this has not significantly impacted our operations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Real-Time, Accurate Alerts with Strong Dark Web Coverage—and Great Analyst Support"
4.5/5
What do you like best about CloudSEK?

CloudSEK delivers real-time, accurate alerts, strong dark web coverage, an intuitive dashboard, excellent analyst support, and efficient takedown assistance—so it really covers everything I need. On top of that, the platform keeps improving continuously, which makes it even more valuable over time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CloudSEK?

In the initial phase, we saw a higher volume of false-positive alerts, which meant some tuning and a bit of back-and-forth with the support team. Also, while the dashboard does the job, the UI could be more modern and offer deeper customization for power users. That said, these are fairly minor issues considering the overall value CloudSEK delivers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about CloudSEK?

I like CloudSEK's wide range of external threat monitoring, which it provides in one platform. It was also easy to deploy, and the customer support team were very encouraging and supportive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CloudSEK?

The alerts can require additional tuning to reduce noise and prioritize the most relevant findings. Also, room for improvement for workflow automation during investigations, especially when handling multiple related alerts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"XVigil Catches Fake Domains, Recruitment Scams, and Brand Impersonation Early"
5/5
What do you like best about CloudSEK?

One of the major issues we faced was fake hiring campaigns where attackers created fake job portals, recruiter profiles, and phishing pages using our company name. XVigil helped us detect suspicious domains, fake recruitment activities, and credential theft attempts at an early stage. The platform was also useful in identifying stock and investment scams using our company branding, along with fake mobile apps that looked similar to internal employee applications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CloudSEK?

The dashboard can also feel cluttered during high alert volumes, making investigations slightly time consuming. Some alerts are repetitive during large phishing campaigns and require additional tuning to reduce noise. Overall, our experience with XVigil has been positive and operationally helpful for external threat monitoring. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
