## CloudSEK Reviews
  ### 1. Empowers SOC Teams with Proactive, Actionable Threat Intelligence

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Deepanshu P. | SOC Analyst, Security and Investigations, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 05, 2025

**What do you like best about CloudSEK?**

As a SOC Analyst, what I appreciate most about CloudSEK is its proactive and comprehensive approach to digital risk monitoring. The platform excels at delivering real-time threat intelligence from a wide range of sources, including the surface web, deep web, and dark web. This capability greatly reduces the amount of time spent on manual threat hunting, allowing analysts to dedicate more attention to essential tasks such as incident response and mitigation.

Another key advantage of CloudSEK is the high quality of its alerts and intelligence. The information is enriched with valuable context, making it both actionable and easy to prioritize. This not only helps cut down on unnecessary noise but also ensures that the SOC team can respond swiftly to legitimate threats. The intuitive dashboard further enhances the experience, making navigation and reporting straightforward—even for newcomers—which is especially beneficial in fast-paced, high-pressure settings.

CloudSEK’s seamless integration with SIEM tools provides centralized visibility and streamlines workflow efficiency. Its automation features, like risk scoring and alerting, help save time and reduce the risk of human error, which is vital for maintaining a robust security posture. In summary, CloudSEK equips SOC teams with timely, actionable insights that reinforce an organization’s defenses against the ever-changing landscape of cyber threats.

**What do you dislike about CloudSEK?**

CloudSEK provides strong threat intelligence and digital risk monitoring, but there are a few aspects that could use improvement. A frequent issue is alert fatigue, which can arise from receiving a large number of notifications—especially if the rules and filters are not carefully adjusted. This sometimes makes it harder to prioritize incidents efficiently.

Another limitation is that integrating CloudSEK with certain legacy systems can demand extra effort. While the platform does offer a wide range of integrations, older or heavily customized environments may require manual intervention, potentially delaying deployment.

Some users also mention that the pricing tends to be on the higher side, which can be a challenge for smaller organizations or those with tighter budgets. Although the robust features may justify the expense for larger enterprises, the solution might not be as accessible for everyone.

Finally, while the interface is intuitive, the options for customizing dashboards and reports could be more adaptable. Advanced customization for specific SOC workflows may involve additional steps or require assistance from the vendor.

**What problems is CloudSEK solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Time Savings: The automated monitoring and contextual alerts significantly cut down on manual threat hunting, enabling me to dedicate more attention to high-priority incidents. Improved Accuracy: The actionable intelligence provided helps reduce false positives, which in turn boosts the overall efficiency of the SOC. Enhanced Security Posture: Early detection of leaks and impersonation attempts plays a crucial role in preventing both reputational harm and financial losses. Better Workflow Integration: The seamless integration with SIEM tools ensures centralized visibility and contributes to smoother, more efficient operations.

  ### 2. Proactive Threat Intelligence with CloudSEK

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** yogesh t. | Information security engineer , Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 14, 2026

**What do you like best about CloudSEK?**

What I like best about CloudSEK is that it helps companies spot problems before they become big threats. Instead of waiting for hackers or leaks to cause damage, CloudSEK’s system keeps an eye on things like exposed data, fake websites, or risks from third‑party vendors, and alerts you early.

**What do you dislike about CloudSEK?**

What people often dislike about CloudSEK is that, while it’s powerful, it can feel a bit complex and overwhelming at first. The dashboards and alerts give a lot of information, which means teams need some time and skill to interpret everything properly.

**What problems is CloudSEK solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CloudSEK is helping us by identifying hidden risks like exposed data, phishing sites, and vulnerabilities across our systems and third‑party vendors. It gives us early warnings so we can fix issues before they turn into bigger problems. This proactive monitoring saves our team time, reduces manual effort, and protects our brand reputation. Overall, it makes our security operations smoother and more reliable.

  ### 3. Actionable Alerts and Proactive Security with CloudSEK

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aditya S. | Growth Strategist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 17, 2025

**What do you like best about CloudSEK?**

CloudSEK (specifically their XVigil platform) turns noise into actual "hey, you should fix this" alerts. Instead of "hackers are talking."
Their BeVigil, a free search engine for mobile app security, allows users to scan apps for security holes, which shows that they actually care about making the internet safer.

**What do you dislike about CloudSEK?**

The dashboard was complex and overwhelming when I started and switching between different modules (like Brand Monitoring vs. Infrastructure) felt a bit clunkyNew users often find it has a steep learning curve.

**What problems is CloudSEK solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It monitors for brand impersonation. CloudSEK’s team can initiate a takedown against fake Facebook page or phishing site to get it removed before a student loses money.

  ### 4. Exceptional Value for Dark Web Monitoring and Rapid Insights

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ajit N. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 19, 2025

**What do you like best about CloudSEK?**

The product has provided significant value to the bank by enabling effective monitoring of the deep and dark web. Data leaks were a major concern for us, but now, by keeping track of numerous important dark web blogs and channels, we gain valuable insights that allow us to respond quickly.

**What do you dislike about CloudSEK?**

The user interface is quite complex, and it often takes several attempts to extract the data we need. Additionally, the reporting and dashboard features could use significant improvement.

**What problems is CloudSEK solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use DRP and ASM from Cloudsek. DRP helps us monitor brand risks and detect data leaks on the dark web, while ASM addresses vulnerabilities from an external perspective.

  ### 5. Improve Your Cybersecurity With Digital Risk Monitoring Platform

UI is complex at times, very hard to get any reports to showcase it to the management. Incident dashboard and reporting needs improvement. CloudSEK can do lot better in user expereince section.

**What problems is CloudSEK solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CloudSEK’s Agentic AI solution has reduced analyst workload and provides a clear overview of all risks, along with comparisons to industry standards. Our overall experience has been good—the tool hasn’t missed any major incidents and always alerts us at the right time

  ### 7. Review for CloudSek

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Pralash M. | Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 03, 2025

**What do you like best about CloudSEK?**

The platform dashboard is very user-friendly as it provides real time insights in the advisories and indicators of attack.

The in-built threat intel platform serves as a building block for continuous attack surface monitoring. The customer support is very responsive and CSM is available in every shift (24 *7). The implementation and domain addition are done seamlessly and very easy to use for the analyst.

The Ease of integration for all the devices are done with an ease.

**What do you dislike about CloudSEK?**

The number of False-positive are alarming once the alert rule is not tuned. The advanced AI and ML compatibility is slowly in the building phase.

The User interface got stuck few times and analyst have reported it too, but swift actions were taken, and the services were back to normal.

**What problems is CloudSEK solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Initially we were dependent on multiple tools for Brand reputation, Risk management, Social-Media monitoring. The advent of CASM platform being integrated with CloudSek have brought convenience for the analyst.

**What do you like best about CloudSEK?**

The platform offers comprehensive monitoring of both the deep and dark web. Its data leak detection is also effective, providing thorough coverage of card leaks and PII leaks. For the BFSI sector, I consider this the best tool to have.

Attack surface monitoring
Dark web monitoring
Data leak of bank and end users
