They also offer a service that basically does all the heavy lifting for you if necessary. **What problems is CloudQA solving and how is that benefiting you?** Using the tool to do the basic regression testing of our app which can be very repetitive and now we have CloudQA to take care of that. ### 2. Integration with previously used tools and processes was very easy. **What do you dislike about CloudQA?** Rare dips in smooth operation (within normal limits). **Recommendations to others considering CloudQA:** Plug in, sit back and enjoy the view. ;) **What problems is CloudQA solving and how is that benefiting you?** The tool is suitable for almost all processes needed for effective automation and all that with a minimal installation required. ### 3. I don't have to install anything myself and manage it. They also have a really quick support response time which is always great. And of course the automated test scripts get the job done for what I use them for: High level testing without much programming. **What do you dislike about CloudQA?** It could provide more insights to what went wrong when a testscript fails. It is still a basic testing tool which has some way to go still in terms of offered features and possibilities. You can do a lot with coding yourself, but the selling point is to not need coding as much. But all the basics are there already without coding. **What problems is CloudQA solving and how is that benefiting you?** Checking is the most important proces flows on our website still work. ### 4.
