The system's layout is extremely easy to navigate and learn. It always feels like the solution is right where it needs to be. I'm not a very technological person, but I was able to pick this up very quickly. Also, the customer service was very helpful the couple of times I needed to talk to them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about CloudPM? The only negative I have come across while using it is that occasionally the load times are fairly slow. I've never experienced the platform crashing or a task being left undone, but at times I have had to wait a reasonable amount of time for the task to be completed. The main problem CloudPM is solving is allowing us to run our property efficiently with great organization for reservations. It allows us to serve our guests quickly and effectively. Our clients were looking for top PMS software that non-technical executives could learn and implement in daily work. Training on the software needs a slight improvement, especially for non technical professionals. Otherwise, the tool itself is user friendly and easy to learn.
