**What do you like best about CloudPlugs?**

The most helpful thing about CloudPlugs is that it is very user-friendly. I am not the most tech-savvy person in the world, but CloudPlugs is easy to use, and their support team is helpful on all fronts.

**What do you dislike about CloudPlugs?**

I dislike how sometimes it lags and doesn't work with my computer. This is most likely because I tried to use it on my personal **Very** old apple computer. I have seen better reviews on other products.

**What problems is CloudPlugs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CloudPlugs is striving to make its product connect and work better with all devices, and they have shown up. Because it is constantly improving with updates, it makes it easier to try new things to make my working routine smoother.

**What do you like best about CloudPlugs?**

What I like best about the CloudPlugs is specifically the CloudPlugs IoT product how I can easily all my edge assets and can deploy and create custom dashboards for different things that I need or want certain people to view.

**What do you dislike about CloudPlugs?**

The only thing I dislike about CloudPlugs software is when I am doing data management using the visual tools I can not visualize and store massive amounts of data or visualize that huge ampount of data.

**What problems is CloudPlugs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem that CloudPlugs is solving for me is the ability to control all my devices in a single application that can do multiple things such as retain and visualize data of the devices live and etc...
