Implementation dragged on far too long. Product was missing features. It takes Support and Dev team too long to resolve issues that we find. The best feature is that the program is accessible online. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Cloudpermit? I dislike everything else. The planning application document field labelling does not match the paper documents that they are templated from. Drop-down menus add every possible selection; from every possible planning application type which adds confusion for applicants.
