**What do you like best about cloudpack?**

I like it the most because how easy AWS has become to use. I saved so much time for myself otherwise I would have to learn AWS from scratch for implementing desgins.

**What do you dislike about cloudpack?**

There is not much I dislike about this software but sometimes I feel they take longer than it should for a process to be completed but apart from this everything is awesome!

**Recommendations to others considering cloudpack:**

Surely go for this software if you need anything to be implemented/operations on AWS

**What problems is cloudpack solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I always thought that AWS is so difficult to use but then I came across cloudpack which made it so easy for me to implement solutions using AWS whether its for implementation, operations, backup or data storage.

**Describe the project or task cloudpack helped with:**

Automation of workflows and awesome graphics - especially useful in pharma projects for mapping the use of health care professionals and territory mapping along with incentive compensation. This really helps a lot in visualization projects - especially where visual presentation is of the utmost importance - lets say we are focused on new product launches or a latest estimate cycle - when new quarter comes up after a launch then this really helps us. IBM cloub pak is a really useful software platform !

**What do you like best about cloudpack?**

the product has really smooth interface , i personally was able to utilise the graphics in terms of workflows and interface for my projects, helps digitize the process totally -best for reporting projects involving analytics and insights ! best for all types of integration - on cloud, on premise , system integration.

**What do you dislike about cloudpack?**

Disk space and size of the installation is too large ! It can seem to complicated for new users - compared to other platforms , which are easier to use.Cloud computing is relatively tough to use and perhaps even slower than other software. Product support can be better especially post sale support

**What problems is cloudpack solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am doing sales incentive mapping, territory alignment, Call planning and marketing analytics in the pharmaceutical space.  All this is very easy to implement in workspaces in the cloud pak software, this is very easy to integrate with other IBM cloud products
