**What do you like best about cloudpack?**

The innovative solutions which sit on top of existing AWS providings, plugging in the gaps instead of being a separate full stack of its own, reducing the need for having a separate stack.

**What do you dislike about cloudpack?**

Some of the solutions aren't worth the price it is currently sold for, and some of the solutions aren't free of bugs, though the team is prompt, on top of that some of the steps of implementations are not easy to follow.

**Recommendations to others considering cloudpack:**

While the offerings are improving, do consider if you need them in the first place, sometimes the sales team overstates the requirement of such solutions and extent of gaps in AWS which cloudpack is attempting to plug for in the first place

**What problems is cloudpack solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AWS helps our technical infrastructure avoid being overloaded by automatically managing AWS providings and preventing problems due to issues such as surging, traffic overloading using its offerings.

We used cloupack for AWS system design for our machine learning project to identify predict customers likely to adopt a product

**What do you like best about cloudpack?**

Data backup and acces control for services provided to client are some of the few services we liked about cloudpack

**What do you dislike about cloudpack?**

The service and user interface is not very intuitive for new users.

**What problems is cloudpack solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used cloudpack to buid the AWS system supporting our project
