I have had a great experience onboarding, I had a lot of questions about usage scenarios, and every question was answered. Most live chats took < 1 minute to connect to an agent. Impressive as a lot of companies now dissuade from live chat agents resolving issues and you always end up in a ticket right away. It was nice to speak to someone who knew the product, understood exactly how it works and pointed me toward something I'd missed. Kudos to CloudNS for this. This now serves my customer base and has simplified my hosting of this DNS structure on my platform. It was super easy to set up if you followed all the guides. The number of features that you get for the price you pay is amazing. The customer support staff go above and beyond to accomodate their customers. Their panel is easy to use and friendly, and integrates with tools such as DNScontrol and ACME/Certbot without issue. If you're moving from another DNS provider, they have a feature that allows you to import from a zonefile or perform an AXFR transfer which comes in very handy when you have quite a few DNS entries in a single zone. Signing up was quite easy to do, just by creating an account and selecting the package that fits my needs and then making payment I was up and running in no time.
