They disabled service. Can't login because they broke email. Down." 0/5 What do you like best about ClouDNS? They used to be good, but have jacked up prices. Now there's nothing left good here. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about ClouDNS? They increased costs significantly. I accepted these costs, twice. They still disabled my account, preventing my email from working. I tried to get support, but I couldn't login, because I couldn't authorize my IP address, because they took my email down. What do you dislike about ClouDNS? Service not recommended, they offer a service and the following year they force you to change to one with fewer features and more expensive. Recommendations to others considering ClouDNS: it is better to consult for other companies instead. Pricing was right and the pre-sales help was good Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about ClouDNS? Support was terrible and DNS servers don't work Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Recommendations to others considering ClouDNS: Attempted to switch our DNS servers over to CloudDNS. Told support several times before moving over that their servers were not properly responding to DNS requests. Support was very clear that it was because I hadn't updated the NS records. So I trusted them and pulled the trigger. Moved over the name server and all websites went down. Support said they had escalated the issue to 'admins' and after 24 hours of downtime and no response, we pulled the plug on the service. In short: service doesn't work and support is useless.
