**What do you like best about Cloudnexa?**

The well architected architecture project went very well - professional and timely.

**What do you dislike about Cloudnexa?**

Ongoing support.  You either have to commit to large monthly fees or buy bucket of hours that expire very soon.  I recently paid $1,500 for a simple help desk issue.

**What problems is Cloudnexa solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They performed a well architected review to help us improve our security.
