The ability of it to integrate to other solutions such as ZoomInfo, and CPQ. The ease of use, and different fields to capture all areas of data for prospective customers. Based on using it at two different organizations, some versions are better than others depending on budget. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Recommendations to others considering CloudMetic Salesforce Solutions: Similar to above answer, I'd reccomend spending more for the better version (not lightening).
