**What do you like best about CloudMetic Salesforce Solutions?**

The interface is pretty simple to use once you understand various processes. Salesforce does allow for broad customization, which seems much broader than other CRMs

**What do you dislike about CloudMetic Salesforce Solutions?**

I absolutely dislike the lack of service and support that Salesforce provides. Even when we have met with Salesforce reps, we were told they would brainstorm solutions and get back to us. When we wouldn't hear back we contacted Salesforce and would learn our Rep is no longer with the company and the process would start over with a new rep. This process happened so many times and it was very annoying

**Recommendations to others considering CloudMetic Salesforce Solutions:**

Be sure to have in house Salesforce experts. Salesforce provides the most minimal amount of support pre launch and once you go live the support is over and you will have to pay them in order to get more service and support

**What problems is CloudMetic Salesforce Solutions solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our proprietary system has some limitations on information we can collect and Salesforce does a great job of allowing us to capture this info. It allows us to grow our business by having more advanced information about our clients
