## CloudM Reviews
  ### 1. Excellent Onboarding and Support with an Easy, Efficient Setup

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tom M. | Information Technology Operations Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 11, 2026

**What do you like best about CloudM?**

The onboarding and support are excellent. It was very easy to set up, and the data migration was efficient and straightforward.

**What do you dislike about CloudM?**

The 500k item limit wasn’t flagged at the start of the project, which meant we had to go through a lengthy file restructuring process. We also experienced a server outage over one of the weekends, which put our launch window at risk. Clearer communication upfront about Google API limits would have been appreciated so we could have planned accordingly and mitigated these issues in advance.

**What problems is CloudM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed to migrate a newly onboarded organisation from Microsoft 365 to Google Workspace—including email, calendars, shared drives, and distribution groups—without disrupting day-to-day operations. CloudM provided both the tooling and the project management needed to deliver this, managing the bulk and delta migrations across multiple domains and around 150 users. The biggest benefit was having a structured, well-managed process for what would otherwise have been an extremely complex, manual undertaking.

  ### 2. Solid Tool for E-Mail Migration

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** William B. | Director of Technology, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2026

**What do you like best about CloudM?**

The functionality and knowledge base are both solid and effective.

Once the initial setup was complete, things proceeded relatively smoothly for a project of this size.

**What do you dislike about CloudM?**

The sales process left a bit to be desired. The limits of the consultation period were not very explicit, and we ended up executing virtually the entire project on our own, as we were saving our hours for support on the final transition.

That support was, however, outside of scope, despite what the sales team had intimated, and, as such, we wasted most of the money spent on support hours.

I have not completed a project like this in the past, but without a relevant comparison, the transfer speeds all-around seemed very slow, and it caused our relatively minor project to take several weeks rather than several days once we were ready to proceed. The speed also proved to be a limiting factor on the overall timespan of email we were confident in moving.

**What problems is CloudM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used CloudM to transfer email data from a 2019 Exchange Server to the Google Workspace environment.

It's not really an ongoing solution, but it bridged us from one point to where we are now.

**Official Response from Lana Ginns:**

> Hi William, thank you for taking the time to review your experience with CloudM. I have shared your feedback with the relevant teams internally.

  ### 3. Simple, Reliable Migrations with Powerful Automation and Reporting

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Akash Y. | Google workspace support engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 10, 2026

**What do you like best about CloudM?**

CloudM provides a simple and reliable migration experience with excellent automation, detailed reporting, and easy management of Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 environments. It saves time and makes complex migrations much easier.

**What do you dislike about CloudM?**

One area where CloudM could improve is pricing, especially for smaller organizations with limited migration requirements. Additionally, some advanced configuration options can be complex for new users, and certain migration reports could provide more detailed troubleshooting information.

**What problems is CloudM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CloudM helps us simplify and automate Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 migrations, user onboarding/offboarding, and license management. It significantly reduces manual effort, minimizes migration risks, and provides detailed reporting throughout the process. As a result, we can complete migration projects faster, improve operational efficiency, and deliver a better experience for our customers

  ### 4. Flawless Offboarding Automation with Clear ROI and an Intuitive UI

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Newspapers | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 07, 2026

**What do you like best about CloudM?**

The off-boarding and automation features seem to work flawlessly, saving a lot of time and reducing Google Vault costs.

The UI is easy to understand, and it was straightforward to integrate with Google for user management.

Overall, the product is intuitive, easy to use, and performs well. Support is okay, but it’s definitely where CloudM falls short.

There’s a clear ROI based on the time saved compared to manual processes. The AI capabilities are very limited, which I actually appreciate from a compliance standpoint since it means fewer hoops to jump through.

**What do you dislike about CloudM?**

There is not many downsides, the email signature portion is fairly difficult to set up and as previously mentioned support could be better compared to other vendors but otherwise not much to dislike.

**What problems is CloudM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Offboarding multiple accounts in an easy, automated manner.

**Official Response from Lana Ginns:**

> Thank you very much for taking the time to share your experience with CloudM. We're glad to hear you're getting a clear return on investment.

We'd love to hear how we can improve your support experience. Please could you reach out to customer success (customer.success@cloudm.io) to share specifics?

  ### 5. Enterprise-Grade Migrations Backed by a Highly Knowledgeable Technical Team

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dan M. | Senior Systems Administrator, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 17, 2026

**What do you like best about CloudM?**

One of the biggest strengths is the technical team. When you get in touch with them, they’re highly knowledgeable, understand complex environments, and communicate clearly throughout the migration process. That level of expertise makes a big difference when you’re working at enterprise scale and need confidence that data is being handled correctly.

The platform itself is solid for migrations, and it’s something we’ve trusted more than once for large-scale changes.

**What do you dislike about CloudM?**

On the downside, the path to getting to that technical expertise can sometimes be slower than expected. There’s often a bit of back-and-forth through sales conversations before reaching someone technical, which can feel unnecessary when you’re already familiar with the product and know exactly what you need.

**What problems is CloudM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CloudM is solving the challenge of performing large-scale, complex Google Workspace migrations in a controlled and reliable way. Without a tool like this, migrations would be far more manual, time-consuming, and risky, especially at an enterprise level where you’re dealing with significant volumes of user data and tight timelines.

It also helps standardize and streamline the migration process, which reduces the likelihood of errors and ensures consistency across projects. The visibility into migration progress and outcomes gives us confidence that data is being transferred correctly, which is critical when managing business-critical information.

The biggest benefit for us has been efficiency and risk reduction. We’re able to complete migrations faster, with less manual intervention, and with greater assurance that users experience minimal disruption. This has made it much easier to support organizational changes and onboarding at scale.

**Official Response from Lana Ginns:**

> Hi Dan, thank you so much for your thorough review which not only enables us improve your experience of our product and services in the future, but also helps other people discover CloudM.

  ### 6. Easy to Configure, Scalable, and Fast for Migrations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Juan Carlos L. | Digital Workplace Core Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 16, 2026

**What do you like best about CloudM?**

Easy to configure, with good scalability and fast migration speed.

**What do you dislike about CloudM?**

Links to documents in GDocs aren’t updated automatically. At the moment, the only available option is to record the mapping links in a DB.

**What problems is CloudM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Linked for embedded document updates.

The environment scan doesn’t break the “file reports” down into different files by user or by Shared Drive. Instead, you only get one big file, which is sometimes unmanageable.

**Official Response from Lana Ginns:**

> Thank you so much for taking the time to review your experience with CloudM, Juan Carlos!

  ### 7. Seamless Migration Experience with Outstanding Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vinay K. | Senior Systems Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 05, 2026

**What do you like best about CloudM?**

We had a consistently smooth experience working with CloudM on our migration. From planning through execution, the process felt well‑organized and hassle‑free. The platform was intuitive to use, and the team’s guidance made each phase clear and predictable.

What stood out most was the caliber of the people we worked with. CloudM’s resources were knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely easy to collaborate with. They anticipated questions, provided practical recommendations, and were quick to unblock issues, which kept momentum high and reduced stress for our stakeholders.

Technically, the migration met our expectations: data integrity was preserved, timelines were honored, and disruption to users was minimal. Post‑migration support was equally strong, CloudM helped us validate outcomes, share best practices, and ensure a confident handover.

Overall, it was a great experience. We’d happily partner with CloudM again and recommend them to teams looking for a reliable, well‑supported migration.

**What do you dislike about CloudM?**

Overall, the experience was excellent, and there were very few issues. If I had to mention one area for improvement, it would be adding more real-time progress visibility during migration. While the process was smooth, having more detailed dashboards or alerts could make it even better for tracking and reassurance.

**What problems is CloudM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CloudM solves the challenge of migrating large volumes of data and user accounts from legacy systems to modern platforms without disruption. It eliminates manual effort and complexity by automating the migration process, ensuring data integrity and compliance throughout.

**Official Response from Lana Ginns:**

> Hi Vinay, thank you so much for taking the time to leave such a detailed and helpful review. We're looking forward to working with you again in the future!

  ### 8. Demystify CloudM

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rohan Y. | Work Transformation Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 03, 2025

**What do you like best about CloudM?**

Easy to kickoff the data migration with meaningful configuration and steps.

Delta migration feature is awesome so we can achieve the migration with increment way as well.

Also, with small set of users migration can have hosted version with multiple bug fix since its SaaS based its looks awesome and detailed also we can kickoff all the migration parallel like for Email and drive and the calendar and contacts at last when we run final delta.

They have recently released a new versions of CloudM for hosted and selfhosted with so many changes which really meaningful and serves all the things.

**What do you dislike about CloudM?**

Nothing much but when i ran so many migrations via hosted version even if i enabled option "Create migration report" but it looks like we have to chat with CloudM team every time to just have that file link mapping report post migration.

Also, what i noticed is specifically on hosted version, when i ran 2-3 batches all together they gave me an error like "Migration failed unexpected error" without any clue which is weird and i know sometimes they said you cant run too many batches at a time since its hosted version means its shared pool. But this is difficult to troubleshoot that type of error as we dont have logs files nothing since it because of cloudm hosted version. Expecting detailed logging and error message on hosted version as well just like self hosted.

**What problems is CloudM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Honestly i explored a lot of tools for migration like Movebot, Bittitan, CloudFuze, Cloudiway but CloudM is great because of migration success rate.

Why, because we easy migrated even TBs or PTs of date with a great speed since for larger migration we used cloudm selfhosted to make client server combo and run the migration.

- Their logging system
- Their look and fill or cloudm configuration screen
- Easy to setup honestly
- Detailed KBs using which we can come to know steps to configure, also we can share the limitation, pros/cons, what migrate and what not using cloudm everything we can share it to customer to better migration
- Post migration we can have address mapping so we can easily find migrated new URLs which helps better to address issues

**Official Response from Lana Ginns:**

> Thank you for your review, Rohan! I will share your feedback with my colleagues in the Product team. Thanks again for taking the time to share such a detailed review.

  ### 9. Easy e-signatures for teams of all sizes.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tom H. | Product Marketing Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 04, 2025

**What do you like best about CloudM?**

There's so many reasons to love CloudM:

1. The team itself - so responsive, so supportive, they're just incredibly helpful in both the setup process and the ongoing management of the account.

2. Once you're in the product, it's incredibly DIY, which means you can just crack on with things. I really appreciate that.

3. The management of the e-signatures is incredibly easy. And yes, it's really flexible. I'm a marketer, so it's a really handy tool for marketers, especially when you're updating e-signatures based on regular campaigns and campaign changes, or want to set signatures for different teams as well.

**What do you dislike about CloudM?**

There are some actions that I'd love to be able to do in bulk:
- Updating a single field across all users with a specific field value. That would be the main one, which is a small, nuanced need. Not necessarily something that they have to resolve, but it would just be helpful.

**What problems is CloudM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CloudM gives us a really easy way to manage e-signatures for all the different employees across our organization. It helps us really easily update e-signatures and even pre-schedule these signature changes so that we can support new marketing campaigns get everything set up in advance. That's the primary use case. It also helps us structure the users so that we know the right teams are getting the right e-signatures as well.

**Official Response from Lana Ginns:**

> Thank you for your review, Tom! Great to hear a fellow marketer love our email signatures tool! I've shared your feature request with our product team for consideration. Thanks again!

  ### 10. Robust Automated Migration That Handles Complex Data with Ease

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 08, 2026

**What do you like best about CloudM?**

The automated migration process is incredibly robust. It handles complex data—like calendars, archive folders, and permissions—with very little manual intervention compared to native tools.

**What do you dislike about CloudM?**

The initial setup and configuration can be quite complex. There is a steep learning curve for new users to understand the full breadth of the settings, and the interface can feel a bit overwhelming at first.

**What problems is CloudM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CloudM solves the massive complexity of cross-platform migrations. For me, the benefit is peace of mind; I know that permissions, calendar metadata, and folder structures will remain intact, which prevents post-migration support tickets and keeps our employees productive.

  ### 11. Attractive Pricing and Potential, But Project Delays from Resource Gaps

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Broadcast Media | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 05, 2026

**What do you like best about CloudM?**

The promise of their capabilities and pricing is very attractive.

**What do you dislike about CloudM?**

They were not good about resource management during the project - between European holidays and personal time off for key resources, our project was delayed significantly.

**What problems is CloudM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We hired them to affect a transition of Microsoft 365 accounts to our Google Workspace for a carve-out acquisition.

  ### 12. Seamless Migration, Clear Communication, and Always-Available Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consulting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about CloudM?**

They simplified the steps in our migration journey, adhered to the timeline, and communicated clearly regarding the scope and key watch points. They were also 100% available whenever support was needed. True professionals. Delivered 100% performance on migration scope.

**What do you dislike about CloudM?**

There isn't anything that we didn't like about Cloud M.

**What problems is CloudM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cloud M helped us to successfully migrate nearly a million records from a shared infrastructure to an independent GWS estate

  ### 13. Top-Notch Customer Support and a Truly Supportive Team

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Food & Beverages | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 12, 2026

**What do you like best about CloudM?**

Customer Support is always top notch, the team is always very supportive.

**What do you dislike about CloudM?**

Not any downside at all to be honest, If we did it in house it would've took a lot longer.

**What problems is CloudM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

quick and efficient working minds

  ### 14. CloudM: Turbocharging Our Cloud Migrations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Samuel S. | System Architect - Workspace and Productivity, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 22, 2025

**What do you like best about CloudM?**

CloudM has truly become the industry standard for cloud migrations, and it's easy to see why. One of the biggest game-changers for us has been the hosted solution, which makes setup an absolute breeze – no complicated infrastructure to manage on our end.

Beyond the powerful tool itself, the support team is exceptionally responsive, always quick to provide clear, helpful answers to our questions. This level of support is invaluable.

When utilizing CloudM's services, they genuinely handle all the backend work, which significantly reduces our team's burden. We particularly appreciate their proactive communication; they consistently keep us up to date as the migration progresses, providing peace of mind. Furthermore, the dashboard they provide when using their services offers fantastic visibility, allowing us to see exactly how the migration is unfolding in real-time. It's a comprehensive and reassuring experience from start to finish.

**What do you dislike about CloudM?**

As CloudM is based in the UK, coordinating with their team can sometimes present a slight challenge due to the time difference with our US hours. There are occasions where their working day might end while we're still in ours, making immediate engagement difficult.

However, it's important to note that this doesn't happen very often, and for the vast majority of interactions, their responsiveness and helpfulness still shine through. It's more of a minor scheduling consideration than a significant impediment to getting work done.

**What problems is CloudM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CloudM is fundamentally solving the massive challenges associated with complex, large-scale data and user migrations between cloud platforms. Before CloudM, these migrations were often:

-Extremely time-consuming and labor-intensive: Manual migrations or using less specialized tools required significant internal IT resources, leading to project delays and increased operational costs.
-Prone to errors and data loss: The complexity of moving vast amounts of data and configurations manually or with less robust tools carried high risks of errors, data corruption, or missed files.
-Lacking visibility and control: Without a centralized platform, tracking migration progress, identifying issues, and ensuring everything moved correctly was a headache, leading to uncertainty and stress.
-Disruptive to business operations: Downtime during migrations could severely impact productivity and business continuity.

CloudM addresses these problems directly, benefiting us in several key ways:

-Significant Time and Resource Savings: By automating much of the migration process and handling the backend work, CloudM frees up our internal IT team to focus on strategic initiatives rather than getting bogged down in manual migration tasks. This translates directly into cost savings and improved team efficiency.
-Increased Accuracy and Reliability: The tool's industry-standard capabilities and robust design minimize the risk of data loss or corruption during transfer. This ensures data integrity and a smooth transition for our users and applications.
-Enhanced Visibility and Peace of Mind: The provided dashboard and consistent updates allow us to monitor the migration progress in real-time, giving us clear insights and reducing anxiety about the status of our critical data and users. We know exactly what's happening every step of the way.
-Reduced Business Disruption: CloudM helps us achieve migrations with minimal downtime, ensuring business continuity and uninterrupted access for our users. This is critical for maintaining productivity and avoiding financial losses.
-Expert Support and Guidance: The quick and responsive support team means that any questions or minor hurdles we encounter are addressed swiftly, further accelerating our migration projects and minimizing blockers.

In essence, CloudM transforms what could be a daunting and risky endeavor into a streamlined, transparent, and highly successful process, allowing us to leverage the benefits of new cloud environments much faster and with greater confidence.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed Date:** April 17, 2026

**What do you like best about CloudM?**

Professionalism. Quick to act when problems arise.

**What do you dislike about CloudM?**

We used the professional services to migrate, so it was a tailored experience. We did have a minor issue with the implementation engineer having to be replaced at short notice. Hand over could have been a little better

**What problems is CloudM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Migration to another Google Tenancy. Ease of migration and no technical issues.

**Official Response from Lana Ginns:**

> Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience with CloudM! We'll make sure to share your feedback with the team.

> Thank you for taking the time to share your review, Tiaan! We'll share your feedback with our Support team.

  ### 17. Mostly On-Time Delivery, But Time Zone Delays and Data Size Anomalies Need Clarity

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brian S. | IT Service Support Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 10, 2026

**What do you like best about CloudM?**

That when I asked for something to be done it generally got completed in time.

**What do you dislike about CloudM?**

Main issue was timing was off because of time zones.

**What problems is CloudM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The transfer of data from Google to Microsoft.

**Official Response from Lana Ginns:**

> Hi Brian, thank you for taking the time to review CloudM. It really helps us improve our product and services. I have shared your feedback regarding delays due to time zone differences with the team. Please do share any additional feedback regarding data size anomalies with us, too - it is mentioned in the title of your review, but not in the body copy.

  ### 18. CloudM... making complicated migrations incredibly simple!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adam J. | IT Team Lead, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 23, 2025

**What do you like best about CloudM?**

CloudM has been a game changer in simplifying our acquisitions of other companies. So far we have acquired 2 other companies, that were both running Google Workspace environments, and thanks to the simple and intuitive configuration of CloudM, we are able to carry out migrations of data (drive, emails, calendar events etc) reliably and efficiently. The platform is fast, easy to use, and very stable. Their documentation is also great!

**What do you dislike about CloudM?**

To be honest, I have very few negative things to say about CloudM, and the negative things that I can say, mainly relate to limitations from Google Workspace's API's... because of some API migration limitations, certain things from other Google Workspaces cannot be migrated... however, even when challenges like this are faced, CloudM has clear documentation to make it very clear what the "watchpoints" are that you have to be careful of.

**What problems is CloudM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CloudM makes difficult and painstaking "workspace" data migrations easy. Google has their own migration tool, just for migrating from a Google Workspace tenant to another tenant, and their tooling is far more complicated to setup, configure, and use, than that of CloudM. Not to mention that CloudM also makes data/email migrations etc between various platforms, such as Microsoft 365 also.
This ease of configuration and reliability of data transfers enables us to have a much lower overhead, and much easier and efficient migrations when acquiring other companies to strengthen our market position.

  ### 19. A Reliable Migration Tool for Microsoft 365 to Google Workspace

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Parth S. | Systems Administrator, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 19, 2025

**What do you like best about CloudM?**

CloudM simplifies the migration process with an intuitive interface and clear step-by-step guidance. Their support team is knowledgeable and responsive.

**What do you dislike about CloudM?**

The migration rate is approximately 120 GB/day. If it can be increased, it will be easier to do big migrations.

**What problems is CloudM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CloudM is solving the migration from Microsoft 365 to Google workspace. I recently moved 196 users for 2 different domains with no issues.

  ### 20. cloudm

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ryan C. | Senior Customer Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 13, 2025

**What do you like best about CloudM?**

It’s always quick and seamless to implement new migrations with CloudM, and their customer support is exceptionally responsive. CloudM is our go-to migration platform, and we’ve recently started utilizing their email management solution for our customers.

**What do you dislike about CloudM?**

Can't think of anything bad as I have not had any bad experiences.

**What problems is CloudM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Email signature management aas there is no option for this in Google Workspace.
Maintaing document permissions when doing data migration.

  ### 21. Very easy to use software with helpful support.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 30, 2024

**What do you like best about CloudM?**

CloudM was the first migration software that my team had used and we were all thoroughly impressed with the product from the start with the sales team helping us get the right quote to the support engineer to helped double checked everything was set up correctly before we began our migration.

**What do you dislike about CloudM?**

I can't think of much and really had to nitpick to find a dislike but I do wish that it was easier to create new migrations but even then, it wasn't difficult at all.

**What problems is CloudM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed an easy way to move emails over from a M365 company to our tenant (Google). CloudM benefited us by doing that with some very easy setup.

**What do you like best about CloudM?**

We used CloudM to migrate Outlook & OneDrive between tenants, once it has started and in the later migrations you could just leave it, keeping an eye on the progress. The product can be used for multiple sources & destinations including Google & Microsoft Office.

**What do you dislike about CloudM?**

Near the start we had teething issues where it would get stuck so we had to stop and start the migrations with the support of ClouldM. My biggest issue with CloudM is the speed, it takes quite a while to migrate data.

**What problems is CloudM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helped us to migrate data between Microsoft 365 tenants

Great software platform that works well for data migration. The CloudM team was very professional and patient with us. Our migration was the result of an organizational split with complications involving administrative access. Our migration tec was very patient with us as we had to reschedule our migration several times. Ulitmately, our migration was sucessful!

Not being an IT person, some of the initial set up recommend to do on our own is too technical. The directions/tutorials are comprehensive, but having little experience with migrating data, it is still challenging to follow.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rithika G. | Cloud Engineer, Information Technology and Services, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 06, 2022

**What do you like best about CloudM?**

CloudM Manage makes it all convenient to operate & maintain our O365 Accounts. Its intuitive portal effectively allows us to administer Outlook mailboxes, SharePoint access, meeting schedules, OneDrive & MS Teams. All modifications take place quickly & its auto-sync is also great. We can delegate appropriate permissions to users so that security violations are prevented.

**What do you dislike about CloudM?**

We have only started using CloudM Manage recently. So far, I haven't encountered anything that can be mentioned as a dislikable feature. Everything looks fine and we are comfortable using CloudM Manage to manage our user accounts.

**What problems is CloudM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Administration of Office 365 accounts is tricky as we need to allocate specific permissions groups to avoid security risks. CloudM Manage benefits us by solving issues, generating reports, and overviewing audit logs for users. All these features offered by CloudM Manage save plenty of & effort for our day-to-day O365 accounts management.

  ### 33. Good tool confusing pricing

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andy G. | Server Administrator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 24, 2021

**What do you like best about CloudM?**

All the tools needed for migration are included. Customer service was great.

**What do you dislike about CloudM?**

The pricing was very confusing and we ended up needing more licences than we thought. We HAD to go through a sales rep to purchase. We couldn't just buy them through their site.

**Recommendations to others considering CloudM:**

Get a good understanding of how the licenses work. Push hard when negotiating the license pricing.

**What problems is CloudM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had 2 different domains in the same Google Workplace account. We used the CloudM tools to separate the domains I into their own accounts. We were able to bring over all the inboxes/calendars/drives without going through a manual process.

  ### 34. The best migration of the future

  ### 35. Why waste time with clunky native migration tools?

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matthew W. | IT Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 21, 2018

**What do you like best about CloudM?**

The amount of time and money saved by Cloud Migrator cannot be understated. I will never waste time with the native migration tools of G Suite or Office 365 again. The easy to use interface and comprehensive reporting allow me to sit back and relax when doing migrations.

**What do you dislike about CloudM?**

When inputting users for the migration, you put in their username but not domain in one of the later steps of the migration wizard. If you accidentally include the domain, it allocates a license to the incorrect user that requires a call or ticket to support to resolve.

**Recommendations to others considering CloudM:**

Do not waste any more time with the native migration tools. For minimal cost, you will save so much time and effort and have a much smoother migration.

**What problems is CloudM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hundreds of hours and thousands of dollars saved compared to using the native migration tools in G Suite and Office 365. G Suites migration tools are incredibly flaky. With Cloud Migrator Go (the cloud based version), I can rest assured that the content is migrated quickly and easily. Any items that cannot be migrated are clearly listed in the migration reports for manual migration. Our last migration included over 800,000 emails and almost 20,000 calendar events. Only 17 emails could not be migrated with this tool.
