Our work spans a wide range of sample types, including blood, plasma, PBMCs, saliva, urine, and tissue, to support diverse clinical and translational studies. To manage these complex workflows and deliver high-quality, well-annotated samples to our clients, we sought a robust LIMS and, after evaluating several options, selected CloudLIMS. Before CloudLIMS, we relied on spreadsheets and manual tools to handle client requests and sample processing. This approach quickly proved inefficient for managing aliquots, tracking storage, and generating client reports. Since implementing CloudLIMS in 2022, we now have an integrated system that addresses these needs effectively.
