Sounded great in the sales talk. If they could have delivered on their promises, it would have been excellent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about CloudLex? Very poor training/support. I inquired about integration and was blown smoke by sales about how smooth sailing that would be. But training was, 'look at our site. See what the buttons can do'; all things anyone can figure out. There was ZERO instruction or recommendation about how to integrate teh software into daily practice for staff or attorneys, a fatal flaw Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
