Helps in adding filters using various match styles. you can merge, update or delete duplicate records manually or automatically in bulk. **What do you dislike about Cloudingo?** Clouding takes time to check for data based on the criteria we mention while de-duplication, updating or deleting, so first it validates, then processes. There is nothing to say anything as dislike. **What problems is Cloudingo solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have around 3 million existing databases, and new records are added every time; checking for duplicate records and fixing them manually is not a very small task. Clouding helps in doing the job quickly and accurately based on the conditions we provide and also helps avoid duplicating the existing database from any new imports. ### 4. I don't necessarily dislike the new UI, but it would be nice if Cloudingo continued to keep the option to switch between interfaces. **What problems is Cloudingo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Cloudingo is helping us better prioritize our Sales team's time by eliminating confusion regarding what account an individual should work. We have been able to clean many Salesforce systems with the information and features that Cloudigno provides. The tool does so much more then just manage duplicates. The ability to match and upload files is major perk of the tool as well as the ability to download all fields on any object not just standard objects opens up new cleanup possibilities. At the base product level you are also able to automate and mass merge duplicates which saves and inorbanate amount of time and is worth the slight cost increase from their smallest base level product. **What do you dislike about Cloudingo?** Sometimes we will run into limitations like no notifications when the tool has identified new duplicates or other red flags in the system like bad addresses. We need to monitor Cloudingo regularly in order to keep it a successful and worth while tool. Unfortunately the tool does not provide the ability to undo the merges if something accidentely occured. This feature is available at much higher levels of subscription but not something we have access to at the base and limited product levels. **Recommendations to others considering Cloudingo:** Though expensive, Cloudingo is a tool that meets and exceeds every expectation. I recommend you set it up and dive in as aggressively as possible to get your data clean and ready to go! Don't limit yourself to just the duplicate tool. There is also a data import tool that comes with it and the field management tool that allows you to see the usage of all fields on an object and remove any that you do not use. **What problems is Cloudingo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Cloudingo is solving the problem it's designed to solve: duplicates. Not only does it resolve duplicate contacts, but we can use it on accounts and other objects as well. We've been able to identify and remove 100,000 duplicates that might have previously caused bad reporting on data. The tool also provides the ability to automate data merges based on criteria you and your team has set. Removing information that is not useful but only if the rules allow it. The Tool also record the field and data changes so that if information is merged incorrectly you have something to refer back to. ### 10. The import tool is basically useless since it won't let you control what fields to overwrite and what to only fill in when blank. It also won't let you control the batch size which makes me not be able to import contacts and autocreate accounts. **What problems is Cloudingo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Its best feature is the duplicate management but there are many products out there that are cheaper and have better user interfaces. ### 11. Customer success is awesome and willing to spend as much time as it takes to get you going. Once you merge the accounts, the change is reflected almost immediately in Salesforce. Once you've found a filter that has an almost perfect success rate, you're able to automate the deduplication process. **What do you dislike about Cloudingo?** Somewhat manual. Would be nice if Cloudingo was able to provide suggestions based on other filters that you've created. Other than that, the tool is very easy to use and pretty self explanatory. The product seems to do the job, and improvements will probably be needed for better interface and specs in the future. **Recommendations to others considering Cloudingo:** Cleaning up duplicate accounts, especially if you're using Salesforce and Outreach together. **What problems is Cloudingo solving and how is that benefiting you?** We had a lot of duplicate accounts. We use Salesforce and Outreach, and our data was a mess. Lots of duplicate accounts based on mistakes made with implementations years ago. To clean this up, we implemented Cloudingo to find these duplicate accounts. The tool has been extremely easy to use and we wouldn't have been able to clean up the data without it. ### 14. The process for defining matching rules is mostly intuitive, and performing cross-object merges (Lead to Contact, Lead to Account) is far, far simpler than with competitor tools. We've set Cloudingo to periodically run scheduled merges to take care of low-hanging fruit (obvious duplicates) -- and it's saved us tons of time and lots of headaches. **What do you dislike about Cloudingo?** The data import process is a little bit more complicated than I'd like. I find that I rely on Cloudingo to run after the fact to perform Lead-Account merges rather than attempting to control for that upon upload. **What problems is Cloudingo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Previously, we had thousands of duplicate leads in Salesforce, and Lead-Account merging was a major problem. Additionally, the search function is much better at finding wildcard matches, where Salesforce won't necessarily find everything you searched for. **What do you dislike about Cloudingo?** It takes a very long time to load, but that's because it's processing your entire Salesforce database. **Recommendations to others considering Cloudingo:** This is a powerful de-duping tool that also allows you to mass convert leads. **What problems is Cloudingo solving and how is that benefiting you?** This tool allows us to dedupe contacts, leads, and accounts, and it can be automated. We end up with dupes in the system constantly because of form fillouts and list uploads from events which don't use consistent account names. ### 18. I found myself having to talk to the Support team a lot to find out how it all works. **Recommendations to others considering Cloudingo:** If you want to clean up your database, or just find out what it's made up of, Cloudingo works extremely well in eradicating those errors. **What problems is Cloudingo solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were having many problems within our Salesforce CRM which resulted in duplicate contacts being made in our database. Not only was it causing a problem for the Sales staff but for Marketing too as we couldn't process reports and dashboards without seeing multiple issues. Really easy to get filters set up and running. The preview comparison is really useful to check the before/after merge status of merge groups and the automation is near on invaluable. **What do you dislike about Cloudingo?** Sometimes is a little difficult to set up more advanced duplicate rules, although support are more than willing to jump in and help out on any problems you have. Reporting. I do wish this could be done in Salesforce and not using their reports suite. **Recommendations to others considering Cloudingo:** If you've got a full sandbox, definitely run your merge scenarios in there before committing to live automation. Cloudingo is also a mechanism that tidies your existing universe, it is well worth looking at a dupe blocker like data.com to pair with it to get better coverage. **What problems is Cloudingo solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have a prospect universe of over 1 million. Dealing with our volume of leads is absolutely vital in terms of contact quality and size of database for storage limits. ### 22. Lots of problems with routing, ROEs, split attribution have disappeared. It does work well, when you take the time to run all of your data through it. When you do run it and it finds dupes, you can run any sort of merge, exclusion, etc. that you can think of! I wish that it just ran like a shield for all of my data, protecting any data import from any source from dupes, but it doesn't. **Recommendations to others considering Cloudingo:** Evaluate how you will be using your data integrity software and then carefully evaluate Cloudingo. This probability is very high in SMEs where processes are not standard. This leads to chaos and the sales conversion is poor. Cloudingo is very light tool to integrate with you SalesForce tools. (1) It could be integrated with all the CRM tools. (2) It easily eliminates the redundant & duplicate data from the huge SalesForce data. If you have a large amount of data in SFDC and want to de-dupe AND merge without spending hours, let Cloudingo run in the background finding duplicates on any field you want and then tell it which records to merge and which fields to keep from each of the records. This tool is wonderful and saves a lot of time. But it is also very accurate. Can't say enough about it. **What do you dislike about Cloudingo?** There is not one single thing that I don't like about Cloudingo. The only thing that would make it better is if it was free! **Recommendations to others considering Cloudingo:** Don't let cost or anyone in your organization sway you from utilizing this product. If you have a lot of data and a lot of clean up to do, you can't go wrong with Cloudingo. Go ahead and create multiple search filters and let it run in the background while you do other things. If you trust your instincts, go ahead and merge automatically. If any question, review records side by side before merging. **What problems is Cloudingo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Data in SFDC was a mess. Many duplicate records and contacts. Contacts not attached to accounts. Leads existing multiple times. Records being created by multiple users. Cloudingo made data management and clean up so easy that I could sit on my couch with a glass of wine and work on it in the evenings leaving me free to administer the database during the day. ### 30. Very intuitive and not too much training required to learn how to use it. Data is very important and accurate data is even more so. Cleaning your database is my recommendation to ensure the best use of everyone time and efforts. No other tool does it better. **What do you dislike about Cloudingo?** Need better interface and ease of use, more templated options so you don't need to think of your fuzzy logic from scratch. Price is also a little high for a de-dup tool but it is still justifiable. **Recommendations to others considering Cloudingo:** Identify how much de-duping you need to justify cost. **What problems is Cloudingo solving and how is that benefiting you?** reduction of database size, de-duplication of leads, contacts, and efforts. It's not the worst thing in the world, but in the sales world, there are pressures to get data 100% as soon as possible. **Recommendations to others considering Cloudingo:** The customer service team at Cloudingo is exceptional. They practically held our hand through a gaggle of difficulties we were experiencing. **What problems is Cloudingo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Getting contact leads into Salesforce quickly and efficiently. ### 32. I've worked for a few companies now that use Salesforce and they all do things a little differently. Cloudingo comes out of the box already configured but you can tweak things depending on your setup. In my case I've hardly ever had to had change anything. The combination of the UI and the underlying technology is just heads above the rest. **What do you dislike about Cloudingo?** Early on it didn't have the capability to automate cross-object cleanup (which was very painful) but that has since been added as a feature. I personally haven't tired that yet though since it was added. **Recommendations to others considering Cloudingo:** I would say to others out there that it just takes a few minutes to get started. It's been a few months since I've had to go through it but I feel like I was up and running in under 15 minutes. It's essentially just installing the app from the AppExchange and then connecting it and it runs in the background. That first scan just shows you what is wrong which is worth the time it takes anyway. The most important thing I would say though is the Cloudingo support and development team in my mind is as good as it gets. When I first started to think about data quality it was because I was forced to. When I got on the phone with them they asked me a few questions and then it was "well did you consider this?" They haven't let me down. Enhancements have been quick out the door and my feedback has been put back into the product which feels really good. **What problems is Cloudingo solving and how is that benefiting you?** For us we have a lot of data churn and multiple integration points. With Cloudingo I am able to very quickly isolate what I would consider dirty data and not hinder my end users with it. We've really sped up a lot of processes internally because we don't have to have manual oversight to make sure that opportunities and campaigns were lining up properly. With clean data everything just moves at the speed of thought. ### 33. Aside from the amazing 'quotes' and 'mantras' that flash in the UX while waiting for the duplication. Cloudingo always me to easily integrate into one of many salesforce accounts, and then import leads that are deduped against existing account or leads within Salesforce. **What do you dislike about Cloudingo?** Until you know the process of creating filters, the process to actually dedupe can sometimes be a little bit heavy handed and complex. The UX is not always completely logical - although they did just push an updated user experience, the home page is cluttered with many 'boxes' that are your filter options. **What problems is Cloudingo solving and how is that benefiting you?** For our telesales team, we buy thousands of leads and need to import only unique leads into campaigns for distribution. We also periodically run a dedupe against existing inbound and outbound leads to prevent clutter within our interface. ### 34.
