What do you like best about Cloudingo?

The way it visually represented the data from Salesforce. It showed duplicates in a quick side by side fashion so you could easily determine what you wanted to do. I also liked the flexibility of the filters that you create to find duplicates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Cloudingo?

You're able to set up filters to find duplicate accounts. Once you merge the accounts, the change is reflected almost immediately in Salesforce. Once you've found a filter that has an almost perfect success rate, you're able to automate the deduplication process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cloudingo?

Somewhat manual. Would be nice if Cloudingo was able to provide suggestions based on other filters that you've created. Other than that, the tool is very easy to use and pretty self explanatory. We had a lot of duplicate accounts. We use Salesforce and Outreach, and our data was a mess. Lots of duplicate accounts based on mistakes made with implementations years ago. To clean this up, we implemented Cloudingo to find these duplicate accounts. The tool has been extremely easy to use and we wouldn't have been able to clean up the data without it. What do you like best about Cloudingo?

Cloudingo makes it about as easy as possible to stay on top of duplicate data in Salesforce and automate as much of the cleanup as possible. The process for defining matching rules is mostly intuitive, and performing cross-object merges (Lead to Contact, Lead to Account) is far, far simpler than with competitor tools. We've set Cloudingo to periodically run scheduled merges to take care of low-hanging fruit (obvious duplicates) -- and it's saved us tons of time and lots of headaches. What do you dislike about Cloudingo?

The data import process is a little bit more complicated than I'd like. I find that I rely on Cloudingo to run after the fact to perform Lead-Account merges rather than attempting to control for that upon upload. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Cloudingo?

It allows you to dedupe more than 3 accounts at a time, and is much better than Salesforce's own deduping tool. Additionally, the search function is much better at finding wildcard matches, where Salesforce won't necessarily find everything you searched for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We were having many problems within our Salesforce CRM which resulted in duplicate contacts being made in our database. Not only was it causing a problem for the Sales staff but for Marketing too as we couldn't process reports and dashboards without seeing multiple issues.
