Terrible experience, they were not even able to properly issue an invoice **Rating:** 1.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Luca Stefano S. | Co-Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** July 14, 2023 **What do you like best about Cloudinary?** Simple usage, you just change urls and you are done. **What do you dislike about Cloudinary?** Terrible support, completely useless. Even tho I had filled in my company data, they sent me an invoice with the wrong VAT ID and I could not add that to expenses. After more than 3 months, I'm still waiting for them to fix it and issue it correctly. In addition to that, beware that you will not be able to downgrade to a cheaper plan earlier than 30 days after the event have passed if you had a spike of traffic. This means you get to pay for two months on the bigger plan. **What problems is Cloudinary solving and how is that benefiting you?** Hey, *it was. Nothing you cannot solve with any other alternative, to be frank. **Official Response from Eugene Musebe:** > We’re really sorry to hear about your experience—especially with the billing issue and support delays.
