## Cloudimage Reviews
 ### 1. Easy rollout and faster images for our robotics company

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Çağrı P. | Founder & CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 20, 2025

**What do you like best about Cloudimage?**

Cloudimage significantly boosted our image loading speed with minimal adjustments of our webpages. The setup process was swift, the workflow intuitive, and their support team consistently proactive. Previously, images exceeded 4 MB, resulting in frustrating 6+ second load times without a CDN. Now, images are expertly compressed to KB sizes, delivering lightning-fast loading in under 2 seconds globally, all while preserving exceptional quality.

**What do you dislike about Cloudimage?**

Cache purging can be slow sometimes, so updates don’t show instantly, and the dashboard UI feels a bit outdated in parts. New clean UI needed.

**What problems is Cloudimage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves slow pages caused by heavy visuals on product and event content, so our pages load quicker and feel smoother for prospects and partners. It also reduces routine image work for the team and keeps quality consistent across devices and regions. It is all automatic.

 ### 2. A Powerful Yet Easy-to-Use Image Optimization Solution

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Cloudimage?**

I found the implementation surprisingly simple — you can get started really quickly with minimal setup. The platform delivers a clear performance boost: images are automatically resized, optimized, and served through a CDN, which makes my image-heavy pages load much faster.

The support team has also been great — they respond quickly and are genuinely helpful, which really matters when you’re integrating a technical solution like this.

I also love the flexibility of the features: automatic format conversion, responsive image sizes, CDN integration, watermarks, and more. These tools make it easy to manage visuals efficiently without sacrificing quality.

**What do you dislike about Cloudimage?**

The only real downside I’ve experienced is related to cache purging. When I update an image, it sometimes takes longer than expected for the new version to appear online. This can be a bit frustrating, especially when working on time-sensitive content or visual updates.

**What problems is Cloudimage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cloudimage helps solve the challenge of managing and delivering large volumes of images efficiently. Before using it, I often had to manually resize and compress images for different devices, which was both time-consuming and inconsistent.

With Cloudimage, all of that is automated — images are optimized, resized, and delivered through a fast CDN on the fly. This not only saves me a lot of time but also significantly improves website performance and user experience. My pages load faster, and I don’t have to worry about maintaining multiple image versions anymore.

 ### 3. Worked Great But After Their 2025 Update They Cut Services Off With Zero Notice

**Rating:** 0.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tom R. | Company Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Cloudimage?**

Ease of use, comprehensive API and options

**What do you dislike about Cloudimage?**

Add additional pricing levels for lower level users. Provide better notifications for customers who do not opt in to Cloudimage marketing or newsletters etc.

There was a sharp and unexplained increase in pricing, followed by a sudden suspension of services. When I requested to retain my existing account level, they declined, then terminated my access without warning. After nearly three years of consistent use, this felt unprofessional and entirely unexpected from such an established company. Had they offered a plan aligned with my usage, I would have upgraded immediately. Instead, I migrated my code to a new provider who’s delivering excellent service at a much more reasonable price point and actually values their users.

**What problems is Cloudimage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This product helps to decrease both bandwidth usage and the time required for image processing.

 ### 4. Improved Website Speed and Client Experience Without the Tech Headache

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jenna R. | Owner and Practitioner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 02, 2025

**What do you like best about Cloudimage?**

As the owner of a Traditional Chinese Medicine clinic offering acupuncture and Tai Chi, having a website that feels professional and runs smoothly is very important to us. Our web developer, who manages our WordPress site, recommended Cloudimage to help with loading times - and we’re so glad they did. The difference was immediate. Images of our clinic, classes, and services load much faster now, especially on mobile. Clients have commented that the site feels quicker and easier to use. And the best part? We didn’t have to lift a finger - it was all handled for us.

**What do you dislike about Cloudimage?**

We haven’t had any real issues, since our developer manages everything. But as a clinic owner who likes to understand where our investments are going, I’d appreciate a simple way to see the impact - maybe a basic report or visual summary showing how it’s helping with speed or user engagement.

**What problems is Cloudimage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using Cloudimage, our website was slower to load - particularly the image-heavy pages with photos of our treatments, Tai Chi sessions, and practitioner profiles. Some clients even said it felt a bit slow on their phones. Now, thanks to Cloudimage, everything loads faster and looks great. It’s helped create a much better first impression for potential clients visiting the site, and it’s one less thing for us to worry about. It’s been a smart investment in our online presence that supports the growth of our practice.

 ### 5. Effortless Image Optimization with Top Support and Seamless Integration

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tom D. | Director Digital & IT, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 03, 2025

Cloudimage excels in image optimization and CDN performance.

Key strengths include:

Fast loading times: Automatic compression and resizing significantly improve page speed, boosting SEO and user experience.

Flexible features: Support for responsive images, WebP conversion, and even video optimization.

Stable operation: Once set up, the system runs largely autonomously, reducing maintenance overhead.

**What do you dislike about Cloudimage?**

Although the API documentation is solid, certain advanced features can be hard to locate or understand.

**What problems is Cloudimage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Image resizing and CDN functionalities

 ### 6. Seamless image optimisation that just works

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Paul B. | Head of Ecommerce, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 27, 2025

**What do you like best about Cloudimage?**

Cloudimage has been a game-changer for our image delivery workflow. The ease of implementation is what initially
stood out, setting up was straightforward, with well-documented guides and helpful support. Once running, the platform took care of image optimisation, CDN delivery, and responsive image resizing automatically, which significantly improved our website performance and user experience. The user interface is clean and intuitive, and real-time image transformation through URL parameters is a powerful feature we use daily. Integration with our existing stack was smooth, and it scaled effortlessly with our traffic.

**What do you dislike about Cloudimage?**

While Cloudimage is a strong platform, there’s a bit of a learning curve when customising advanced settings. Additionally, the pricing can ramp up quickly if you're handling very high traffic volumes or storing a large number of images.. A more granular analytics dashboard would also be helpful to track optimisation savings and usage in more detail.

**What problems is Cloudimage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cloudimage solves the complex and resource-intensive challenge of delivering fast, optimised images across multiple devices and locations. Before using it, we struggled with slow page load times due to heavy image files, inconsistent quality across screen sizes, and a lack of an efficient CDN strategy. Cloudimage automatically resizes, compresses, and serves images through a global CDN, which has drastically improved our site speed and SEO performance. It also eliminates the need to manually generate and manage multiple image versions, saving our development team time and reducing storage overhead. As a result, our user engagement has improved, bounce rates have decreased, and our infrastructure is far more scalable.

 ### 7. Cloud image provide the easiest api integration for image bluring

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Md Mahmudul H. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2025

**What do you like best about Cloudimage?**

Cloudimage provides the easiest solution for my need. Just passing the source url as parameter then action in parameter. And in response you will get the result url. As clear as water.

**What do you dislike about Cloudimage?**

My product always pass same value as blurring parameter but sometime it provide more blur and sometime it provide less blur. This is pretty hard to maintain a consistent level of blurring

**What problems is Cloudimage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Actualy we run a culturally tuned matchmaking app where we want to give our user flexibility to blur their photo so that maximum privacy is ensured but if anyone request then clear photo also can be showed by the permission of the owner and so we need different different version of a same image everytime someone upload a photo of theirself. Cloud image provides the easiest api integration for that purpose. They took source url and action data in parameter and send the result as response

 ### 8. Cloudimage offers an easy and intuitive setup process.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Fritze Anne Khaye P. | Customer Service Representative, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 01, 2025

**What do you like best about Cloudimage?**

Easy Integration: Compatible with platforms like S3, Azure, and Firebase, Cloud image supports simple URL-based transformations, making it accessible for both developers and non-technical users.

Generous Free Tier: Offers up to 25 GB/month free, which is more than many competitors provide for early-stage or small projects.
cloudimage.io

Responsive Support: Users consistently mention fast, helpful customer service with quick turnaround times on issues.

**What do you dislike about Cloudimage?**

Dashboard Limitations: The user interface is considered dated by some, lacking features like bulk deletion of cached assets.

Scalability Costs: The free tier includes 25 GB/month, but higher usage can lead to overage fees, with rates varying by plan.

Documentation Gaps: Onboarding documentation is strong, but advanced integrations may require support assistance.

**What problems is Cloudimage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Speed & Performance
Problem: Large, unoptimized images can significantly slow down website loading times, leading to poor user experience and higher bounce rates.

Solution: Cloudimage optimizes images on-the-fly by resizing, compressing, and converting them into modern formats like WebP and AVIF. This optimization reduces image sizes by up to 75%, leading to faster page loads. The multi-CDN infrastructure ensures rapid delivery of images worldwide, enhancing site speed and performance.

Cost Efficiency
Problem: Managing and optimizing large volumes of images manually is time-consuming and resource-intensive.

Solution: Cloudimage automates image optimization processes, reducing the need for manual interventions. This automation leads to significant savings in bandwidth, storage, and infrastructure costs. Additionally, the platform's AI-powered compression ensures optimal image quality without visible loss, further enhancing cost efficiency.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cherish P. | Senior Software Engineer, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Cloudimage?**

I was looking for a good image cdn and I got to know about the cloudimage. I was amaze with their free plan which is providing free 25GB cdn with unlimited transformations which can be very helpful to test all the features of them and small project can use this if their traffic is within 25gb. Easy to use feature. Love thier service and superfast CDN.

**What do you dislike about Cloudimage?**

Till now i feel nothing that i dislike, but they should have to provide some space to directly upload the static files there to use through CDN.

**What problems is Cloudimage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I had a image heavy site and during peak time my server was unable to handle visitors because there are lots of image requests. So, after using cloudimage cdn the origin server is free and can handle more visitors.
