Ease of use, comprehensive API and options Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Cloudimage? Add additional pricing levels for lower level users. Provide better notifications for customers who do not opt in to Cloudimage marketing or newsletters etc. There was a sharp and unexplained increase in pricing, followed by a sudden suspension of services. When I requested to retain my existing account level, they declined, then terminated my access without warning. After nearly three years of consistent use, this felt unprofessional and entirely unexpected from such an established company. Had they offered a plan aligned with my usage, I would have upgraded immediately. Instead, I migrated my code to a new provider who’s delivering excellent service at a much more reasonable price point and actually values their users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
