Cloudience is a trusted Phoenix-based provider of managed IT services and security (MSP/MSSP), with a focus on supporting remote and distributed workforces using Google Workspace or Microsoft 365. Our services are tailored for small to medium businesses, aimed at modernizing, streamlining, and safeguarding their remote operations from start to finish. Using our IT maturity index, we assess each business, identify any gaps, and formulate a custom, all-inclusive roadmap specifically for them. Cloudience offers assistance to HR departments in securely onboarding and offboarding employees, effectively recommissioning or deploying new systems, and managing or prolonging the life span of your IT assets. We aim to consolidate your IT tools, licensing, and overall spending through initiatives like serverless and remote operations, cloud migrations, and identity federation. This consolidation results in reduced time, cost, and complications associated with general support, mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.
