"The hybrid object storage solution" 3.5/5 What do you like best about Cloudian HyperStore? It provides us free of cost storage to store your unlimited files and access them anytime we want. We can easily upgrade the space with paying an economical amount for different packages. It also enables automatic backups. It saves various types of files and easy access. It is integrated with MS office as well. We can use different storage policies on one installation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Cloudian HyperStore? There are so many weaknesses in this tool. We cannot easily share our files we always need third party or owner’s permission. It also has synchronization problem while saving files from different devices. We cannot save any file with internet connection so saving file automatically needs internet access all the time. Cloudian is perfect solution for my storage problem when I needed a tool to store my files and share my all the projects I did not find any better solution than cloudian so now I manage all of my storage and sharing activities with cloudian. It provides a lot of space. It is collaborated with MS Office which is very good to access and view my all types of files in cloudian. From functionality point features I like the most: 1. Great S3 compatibility, 2. Fantastic flexibility - I can use different storage policies on the same installation, for example Erasure Coding 5+3 fand Replica 3 (first is good for bigger files and backup customers and other is good for smaller files and high request load). This is efficient from economy and perfomance points of view; - I can use any HW vendor, so no HW vendor lock; - Can be different HW specification in the same DC, so it is easy to grow. 3. QoS management 4. Multitenancy. This and previous are important for us as cloud provider 5. Gateway for NFS/CIFS/SFTP as addition to solution to connect from any device, can be installed on customer side. So we can get traffic from eny customer ) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is Cloudian HyperStore solving and how is that benefiting you? After spending close to a year testing all the major object storage vendors, Cloudian proved to have the most resilient, mature and performant product that matched extremely well the architectural concepts of Interoute's Virtual Data Centre. After testing Redhat and Scality, Cloudian stod out as a modern and ease of use solution.
