What do you like best about cloudHQ?

What problems is cloudHQ solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use Google Drive to access things quickly and easily because it works better than OneDrive. But I want to keep everything on OneDrive since I have several Terrabytes of data available there. So I just sync my Google Drive to my OneDrive and then I can access important files from whichever service is more convenient. I also have several SharePoint sites and I keep those synced with various places as well. I've used it to sync various things over the years so that I have my cloud data backed up in more than one service in case 1) a service goes down or 2) they increase their fees and I need to switch services. "Solid free email tracker"

What do you like best about cloudHQ?

I like how I can get very specific stats on every email that goes out. I can click into the little Cloud HQ icon and it'll take me to an 'email trace'. From there, I can see when and how many times each recipient has opened my email. What's more is that I can check a box to send me a reminder if the recipient hasn't opened or replied to the email by a certain number of hours. I also like that at the top of my inbox, I can click on the logo and see all of the recent opens (recipients and when they opened it). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about cloudHQ?

I don't like how the Cloud HQ logo appears at the footer of every email. I suppose this is to be expected of the free version. I also wish I was able to see the location in which my email was opened. I always like to have a location for accuracy purposes (like if my email was being opened by a bot or a firewall versus the actual person, I'd be able to know based on the location). Mobile or web opens are also missing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is cloudHQ solving and how is that benefiting you?

I'm able to be more targeted in my sales approach. If someone has opened my email a ton of times, it means that they are interested in what I have to say and/or have forwarded the email a ton of times. In this case, I will know what next steps to take in my sales process. On the other hand, if the email hasn't been opened at all and I've sent time-sensitive materials, I know to follow up with another method -- phone calls or on Linkedin. "Appreciative Email tracking tool"

What do you like best about cloudHQ?

It has many features. I needed to see if the professors/professionals to whom I send internship request emails are reading it or not.

Hence, I installed this tool. So far it has given me updates if my email has been read/not read. If someone reads it more than once, I am informed of that as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about cloudHQ?

So far it has worked fine. Premium subscription is very costly.39.2 $ per month is hell lot of money. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

CloudHQ staff randomly cancelled my reoccurring payments without contacting me to explain why.

Turns out their staff had my account in the wrong billing category, so when I recreated a new account with the correct account type they DELETED my account. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Zero accountability, CONSUMERS BEWARE. Do not trust for business purposes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
