Two years ago our company was new to NetSuite. We found CloudGeniusERP and they helped us mitigate through many complicated areas from report set-ups to a huge, multi-level pricing structure. Instead of just doing the tasks for us, they trained us to do these in the future so we would not be solely dependent upon them. Our entire staff was in daily contact with several members of the Cloud Genius staff, and they were very patient and understanding of our needs. Today, we still use them on a case by case basis, and we still receive the same personable and professional help. I would highly recommend Perry and his team for any of your NetSuite needs! If you are looking for knowledgeable, understanding, and in-depth help, CloudGenuis is the place to go. Because we received very little training from NetSuite, we did quite a bit of research and decided that CloudGenius would become our go-to company when we need assistance. What problems are you solving with the provider? What benefits have you realized?

We were recreating our pricing structure in July 2019, and it was necessary for us to have many different pricing levels for different customer statuses. Correcting a bad previous NetSuite implementation. Getting a team to collaborate with, troubleshoot and ultimately look at all options on how to best help a prospect or customer. I've used CGERP to help with fixing implementation, customizing NetSuite scripts and just about anything else. They care about your company and will only recommend what is best for you and not necessarily what is best for them. They take the time to understand your business instead of trying to fit your company into some little box based on what they've done in the past for other companies. We thoroughly enjoyed working with Jon and Perry at Cloudgenius. Having a local partner who can assist with business process and accounting, not just the system administration elements was a huge asset to us. They assisted us in establishing best practices while we were going through the system implementation process. Sitting side by side with a local partner, not over the phone or web conference was a huge plus for us! I have referred other contacts to CloudGenius who have had the same success stories.
