We have started providing free 10 GB storage for our business plans and 50 GB storage for our enterprise plans per user. For data usage over and above this, we do not charge any markup from what AWS charges us to maintain the data. Also, we do not charge additional costs for downloads. However, since we are a cloud-based solution everyone would require an internet connection to access the files. Additionally, since we are mainly meant for sharing files over the internet, having a stable internet connection is a basic requirement.
