Right now, we don’t have a centralized way to track contracts, renewals, or usage, which often leads to overspending and missed savings opportunities. CloudEagle closes that visibility gap by giving us one place to see SaaS usage and spend instead of relying on scattered spreadsheets. The benefit for us is tighter cost control, smarter renewals, and better visibility across tools, while also automating procurement and renewal workflows so we save time and reduce wasted spend. Before we did not have a unified service with all our SaaS spending in one place, Cloudeagle definately has solved this issue for us. A lot of people were spending their time going back and forth between vendors and users internally, which has 100% been streamedlined with Cloudeagle. Cloudeagle creating the workflows and reaching out to users about renewals has reduced my teams (operations) workload to focus on things with a much larger ROI.
