They just cared about receiving payments and pay to me but never followed up any progress, concern or adjustment on hourly rates.

I worked with them for more than a year and during that time they always maintained a two-month delay on payments, ex: hours worked in January were payed until March, hours worked in Feb were payed until April, and so on. We (a couple of colleagues and I) always had to directly reach out to client's CEO in order to follow up our monthly payments as no one in Cloud Devs cared of it. Today (Sep 9th, 2024), I haven't been payed for the hours worked in May 2024 and their responses after last months have always been like "if the client pays we pay to you", "client doesn't respond, we suggest to reach out directly", ... They always redirect me with their "Account" people but that person always circles me back to Alfie and so on.

I decided to give it up but hope this review helps you take these things in mind.

There are other things I don't like as the use of monitor app that takes captures of what you're doing all day long on your machine but I think anyone could deal with that if were payed as/when expected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
