I live in LATAM and a lot of top tech companies do not want to risk hiring in this region because it's always hard to find good and responsible talent and be able to paid them but CloudDevs is solving all of that for them by finding and keeping top talent and then offering it to main markets such as the US and the UK. This companies trust CloudDevs and in turn get to hire top talent from LATAM where I'm from giving me the possibility to access better compensations and work on bigger companies.
