The speed of work is sometimes not high enough and some other annoying factors **What problems is CloudConvert solving and how is that benefiting you?** The main problem that can be solved with the help of this application is an unexpected situation when you have a file in one format, but you need to upload it to the site or show it to the customer in a different format. CloudConverter supports almost all popular formats, including JPG, JPEG, PNG, WEBP, and more. It also allows me to resize images too. All these tasks you can complete without any login or sign up. Though I do not need to use the premium version, you can buy the premium version too for better performance and more resources! **What do you dislike about CloudConvert?** From my side, nothing to dislike. They are giving a lot for the free user. But it would be great if they allowed the free user to remove the background. If it happen, I do not need to go to another app for removing the image background **What problems is CloudConvert solving and how is that benefiting you?** I work with a large number of images every day, and I always use CloudConverter to convert images from JPG to PNG/PNG to GPG. Best of all, it supports many, many file formats including audio, video, image, documents, ebooks, presentations, spreadsheets, and more. To use it, just click on the "Select files" button to select the file to convert on my hard drive, or simply drag it on top of the browser. Another possibility that it offers me is to import the file that I want to convert directly from Dropbox or Google Drive. **What do you dislike about CloudConvert?** On rare and few occasions at the end of the conversion it throws an error, which can be solved by trying to do the conversion again. It is a super powerful tool, it basically has conversion of all types of files and formats, that is, it is not limiting between the formats or the types of files, besides it has the option of saving the conveyed file in the cloud. **What do you dislike about CloudConvert?** I do not like the technical support, the truth is that I think it's bad and they do not respond as fast as they should, another thing that seems negative is that it is a tool with little support from their community, the truth is that they get testimonies about their use is not so simple. The other thing i like is its API which can be integrate with some custom solutions and we sure love APIs so its a win win for us. **What do you dislike about CloudConvert?** I wouldn't say i dislike anything about it but there are few features i quite don't use like the password one i mean i mostly do the conversions of not-so-important files so i don't need the password for my files but sometimes it quite useful for us. For other features i would say none i do not dislike any of their features not even the pricing i mean its quite reasonable for a small or medium company as well as big companies. **Recommendations to others considering CloudConvert:** I would recommend using cloudconvert if you are looking for an immediate solution for converting your files at ease without any installation required and they do have a free plan limited to 25 converts per minutes and boy its enough for a small or medium sized company so you won't be disappointed with them, good luck with converting your files on cloud. **What problems is CloudConvert solving and how is that benefiting you?** The need to different file type requirements i mean there are my few clients who wants file in JPEG while i already done it with PNG so i just open cloudconvert upload, select and done they got the JPEG they want and i don't have open the software i used to make that PNG at all and it does saves me more then enough time so yeah. ### 19.
