The biggest drawback I see with CloudConvert is that you have to give it access to your cloud storage account(s) to make it really useful. . I really like that you can synchronize with your Gmail email and therefore assume conversions from the files that you have stored in Google Drive, this integration is very good in my opinion and really that for now without errors. It is a super powerful tool, it basically has conversion of all types of files and formats, that is, it is not limiting between the formats or the types of files, besides it has the option of saving the conveyed file in the cloud. I do not like the technical support, the truth is that I think it's bad and they do not respond as fast as they should, another thing that seems negative is that it is a tool with little support from their community, the truth is that they get testimonies about their use is not so simple. I've been using cloud convert since last 2 years and its quite useful for us i mean there are times when we need some images converted into PDF without consuming any unnecessary time i mean cloudconvert makes it possible within few seconds and the best part we don't have to install any software to make it happen in real time. I wouldn't say i dislike anything about it but there are few features i quite don't use like the password one i mean i mostly do the conversions of not-so-important files so i don't need the password for my files but sometimes it quite useful for us. For other features i would say none i do not dislike any of their features not even the pricing i mean its quite reasonable for a small or medium company as well as big companies.
