I can just look for things by searching in the search box, unlike other tools where it's difficult to find what to look for. CloudCheckr CMx also provides comprehensive documentation, which helps in exploring all the features it offers. This makes it easy to use the features in various situations. The setup was quite easy, and the team from CloudCheckr was very supportive, which made the overall setup easy. **What do you dislike about CloudCheckr CMx?** I would say that it doesn't provide that much of optimization opportunities as of now. Like, they do it only for the EC2 rightsizing as well as the RI recommendations. But we can even go for the other services as well. That's what I think is missing. And also the cost anomaly feature. **What problems is CloudCheckr CMx solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use CloudCheckr CMx for cloud cost optimization, detailed resource information, and custom reporting. It also has the capabilities to scan Google and Azure. It is a simple way to see month over month billing differences, far easier than the Amazon-provided Cost Management dashboard. **What do you dislike about CloudCheckr CMx?** The interface sometimes doesn't load reliably, and it can be slow to load at times. Sometimes queries that you think should be simple to obtain require a call to support to find out which menu option it is hidden under. Calculation of ReservedInstance usage has been historically very inaccurate, to the point of being misleading. **Recommendations to others considering CloudCheckr CMx:** I only advise going to CloudCheckr for large organizations with disparate departments who are disconnected that need to get a holistic overview of their spend. **What problems is CloudCheckr CMx solving and how is that benefiting you?** CloudCheckr makes it easier to track down errant resources within Amazon. For a large company with many divisions consuming resources, this can be very useful. For a small company, where resources are controlled by a smaller team, it can be overkill. ### 10. I can can not use them right now, because it gives sometimes not reasonable recommendations. **Recommendations to others considering CloudCheckr CMx:** I would suggest to use cloudcheckr to analyze your current detailed cloud utilization and best practices. If you have multiple account, it makes everything easy, you don't need to login to each account for detailed review. We have multiple clients and makes it easy to use. It makes it easy to track of multiple account security and best practices. It has good visualization graphs which also give you good idea of your utilization. We have a small shop, and the recommendations do most of the heavy lifting for us.
