**What do you like best about Cloudbooking?**

Not happy with much but basic support response time is really quick.

**What do you dislike about Cloudbooking?**

The system is not user friendly, it is really clunky with many glitches.

**What problems is Cloudbooking solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were attempting to resolve space sharing needs and maximize space utilization.
