The thorough documentation and first-rate customer service from the CloudBees team have been crucial in quickly resolving any questions or problems. What do you dislike about CloudBees?

I sometimes experienced technical issues that slowed down and interfered with our development process. Furthermore, there was a significant learning curve needed to effectively utilize sophisticated capabilities. in my view, I would suggest it to improved by increased usability and stability. "Jenkins Enterprise solution that fills the wholes that Open Source can't do"
What do you like best about CloudBees?

Operation Center is the most valuable feature I found on Cloudbees CI. At my company we have more than 50 jenkins instances and CJOC provides us the perfect solution to manage all of this from a single point of view. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CloudBees?

I was expecting that casc plugin provided on top of open-source plugin solves things like items or that provides a kind of solution that helps on coding bundles (Export tool works but I was expecting in something more easily to interact) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Most have software delivery analytics in one place"
What do you like best about CloudBees?

Well, the coolest thing is how it takes the headache out of all things DevOps. It's like your trusty sidekick for building and shipping software without the usual chaos.

The way it automates stuff. No more repetitive tasks – it's like having a robot buddy that handles the nitty-gritty, so you can focus on the genius stuff. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CloudBees?

Well, sometimes the learning curve feels a tad steep. Getting the hang of all the features can be a bit like navigating a maze. But hey, no biggie – once you crack the code, it's all systems go! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Cloudbees Core Jenkins CI/CD Automation"
What do you like best about CloudBees?

The best part of using Cloudbees Core is the support. The support group is very responsive, and has provided good answers to my requests. They will also help with issues for 3rd party plugins. This is important when pipelines running 24x7. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CloudBees?

The product can get expensive when scaling for large installations. We currently pay per executor. They offer a per user pricing option with unlimited masters and executors can help, which is more cost effective for organizations with a lot of developers. The pricing model keeps changing so the cost-benefit could improve in the future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Excellent software delivery and automation tool"
What do you like best about CloudBees?

I must say cloudbees provides a very good solution to manage software deployment over some popular tool such as Azure pipelines, it has very good user interface and relatively easy to configure. Also the support team is pretty responsive and solve your queries asap. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CloudBees?

Although everything is great so far, I miss the progress indicator or estimated time required to build, test and deploy software. I encounter few minor bugs such as while restarting the pipeline somtime system just freezes which makes the experience a little cumbersome. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CloudBees?

There's no dislikes as such but the price wise it makes the company think a bit before pooling in. Once in Cloudbees maintenance a good relationship with the company provides their best service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlining DevOps with CloudBees: A User's Review"
What do you like best about CloudBees?

Robust Continuous Integration and Delivery (CI/CD): CloudBees provides a powerful CI/CD platform that streamlines our software development and deployment processes. It offers a wide range of integrations with popular version control systems, build tools, and deployment platforms. This robust CI/CD capability has allowed us to automate our pipelines, accelerate release cycles, and deliver high-quality software faster.

Scalable and Flexible: CloudBees is highly scalable and can handle projects of varying sizes and complexities. Whether we are working on small-scale applications or large enterprise projects, CloudBees offers the flexibility to adapt and scale our DevOps processes accordingly. The platform's scalability has been crucial in supporting our evolving business needs and accommodating growth.

Enhanced Collaboration and Visibility: CloudBees provides collaborative features that promote better communication and visibility among development teams. Its centralized dashboard offers comprehensive insights into build and deployment statuses, allowing teams to identify and resolve issues quickly. The platform's collaboration tools facilitate effective communication, ensuring everyone is aligned and working towards the same goals. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CloudBees?

Learning Curve: CloudBees is a feature-rich platform, and as such, it does have a learning curve, especially for users new to the DevOps space. The breadth of functionalities and configurations may require some time and effort to fully grasp. However, the learning curve is manageable, and CloudBees provides documentation and resources to support users in getting up to speed.

Complexity for Small Projects: While CloudBees is highly scalable, its extensive features and capabilities may be more than what is needed for small-scale projects. The platform's comprehensive nature can sometimes feel overwhelming for simpler projects that require a more lightweight approach. However, CloudBees can still be adapted to fit smaller projects with proper configuration and setup.

Cost Considerations: As a powerful enterprise-level DevOps platform, CloudBees comes with a cost. Organizations with budget constraints or small-scale projects may need to carefully consider the pricing structure and evaluate the return on investment. However, the value provided by CloudBees in terms of improved productivity and efficiency often justifies the cost for larger-scale projects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
